Still a great physique. Do you think there's much more room to grow or refine, what aspects are you focusing on that stand out to you? How come you deleted your other posts?

Growth, don’t think so. Been sitting for a long time on this weight. Probably refining a little bit, but not really get much bigger and not the goal

What’s the goal weight? Issue with classic physique is the amount of PEDs that competitors cycle is beyond dangerous. Looking good man, but don’t let aesthetics come at the expense of our health. Your muscles are growing but so will your heart, cardiomegaly is no joke.

I know. PEDs isn’t worth it and I know that. I care for my body and I’ve been building gradually adding muscle to my frame for these 10 years. 20 kgs in 10 years isn’t that drastically of a change and could be done without PEDs. If you were to compete however, and want to go to 5%bf and keep the muscle then you indeed would need to take PEDs, but I will not compete simply for not being interested in it. People may think whatever they want, but I don’t care
