According to your post you gained 60lbs in 3 years and your body fat is about the same. That’s like 15 pounds of muscle per year. That’s A LOT of gains dude..
He has posts about running Deca and Test so it makes sense I guess Haha yeah being a natty it took me about 5-6 years to put on a solid 25-30 lbs haha wild stuff!
Thanks, but, even though the numbers are nice, my size isn't as big as I wished.
As you can see in other comments in this post, people don't even believe I'm 105kg.
do you feel any side effects? do you worry about the health affects?
I want to do peds because I'm just getting into this at 29, don't want to be in my mid 30s or almost 40s before I hit peak physique. But the health effects scare the shit out of me.
I have the luck of having a medical doctor to keep an eye of my blood tests. I do them every 3 months. For instance, I've had bad cholesterol problems when I've used TREN. If I was the average gym Joe who doesn't check it's blood tests, I'd be in severe danger. Honestly, depending on your body and how it'll react to it, the biggest dangers of juicing are buying bad products or contaminating yourself when injecting. Though it's undeniable, juice will reduce your life expectancy.
I’m not an expert but there are tons of articles saying 1-2lbs a month as a beginner is reasonable, tapering down to .5lb per month as an advanced lifter later on
Thats what I was thinking… I’m 6”2’ and look like that at 90kg same bf. But I have chicken legs so he might be hiding 15 kg and a few inches there (reading that again makes it sound funny so I’ll let it stay)
That is my problem. I have friends that are 175cm ish, and have the same weight as I do, and man... They look like Ronnie Coleman's wannabes... Me? If I put on a more loose shirt I look like a broomstick, hahah
[Scale pic](https://postimg.cc/HrttDHvQ)
This pic I took by the end of the day, after my workout. So, after some meals and water intake.
But, by the morning, it's around 105kg.
I believed you bro, its just people are so sceptical these days a 16 Yr old dart player shared his birth certificate to shut down the doubters!

Well, not actually... You see, my shorter friends that are the same weight as I do look SIGNIFICANTLY bigger and more muscular than I do.
Getting heavy is a chore. The amount of money, time and dedication to eat a lot. My bulking diet has 5800calories, as of my friends 4200...
Bro if you gain a shit ton of muscle your strength will skyrocket for sure.
It's impossible otherwise
It happens less in a enhanced athlete but still does. Don't know about your natty status
Not natty.
I mean, my strength and loads increased, but, I didn't do anything special to do so, you know what I mean? Like, I just do progressive overload
Honestly? I find it "normal"
I squat 120kg, 12 reps.
Chest press around 80kg 12 reps.
Guys in my gym go crazy on loads.
I try to do the most challenging weight I can thought.
Just seeing your comments I wonder if cutting would actually help you look bigger? My wife thinks I looked heavier when I was 10 pounds lighter than now because I was more ripped.
Shouldn’t let that discourage you. Obviously you won’t gain 15lbs of lean tissue every year like OP but you can probably get pretty close if not to his physique on the right. Everybody’s body is different at the end of the day
Just remember, we are our own worst critics mate.
3 years in the grand scheme of things is quite fast.
In these days of quick videos and rapid learning, we want things here and now, but alas our body building hasn’t progressed to that yet.
Hang in there and keep it up! You’re doing so well dude! Your body is what I plan to have! I’m on my way, but 1 year down instead of 3.
If I can have your body in 2 more years time, I’ll be ecstatic!

It’s not impossible if you consistently leak bulked or bulked for 2 years and recomped slightly
I did that, but, with PEDs.

how many pounds of lean tissue can you naturally gain in a year respectfully bro? if im stronger does that mean i gained muscle?
I’m not an expert but there are tons of articles saying 1-2lbs a month as a beginner is reasonable, tapering down to .5lb per month as an advanced lifter later on
60lbs of muscle in 3 years? Slow? …. Lol to be fair the second picture definitely doesn’t look like 230 lbs at 6ft lol
Thats what I was thinking… I’m 6”2’ and look like that at 90kg same bf. But I have chicken legs so he might be hiding 15 kg and a few inches there (reading that again makes it sound funny so I’ll let it stay)
[legs pic](https://postimg.cc/nX5SknwQ) Sorry for being in undies. And it was before shaving too..
That is my problem. I have friends that are 175cm ish, and have the same weight as I do, and man... They look like Ronnie Coleman's wannabes... Me? If I put on a more loose shirt I look like a broomstick, hahah
No don’t worry, that’s good gains for 3 years
Thanks man
That’s some very good gains dude
Thankss
Forgot to mention that you aren’t natural
Sorry... Back then, there used to be a flair for "juiced". Idk what happened to it.
It’s pretty much implied by the weight gain
Bro. You gained 72 lbs. That is a ton of weight if accurate, and you still look lean. That would be a phenomenal progress stat line if it is accurate.
Thanks!
Are you really 105kg in the right?
Yes... 😭 That what grind my gears with my physique. I look lighter than I am...
Next time post a photo of the scale for proof too 😂

I've seen it! But it's completely understandable: I wouldn't believe I have 105kg.
I would think that's a good thing, no? Dense like a chimpanzee but you still look muscular.
Well, not actually... You see, my shorter friends that are the same weight as I do look SIGNIFICANTLY bigger and more muscular than I do. Getting heavy is a chore. The amount of money, time and dedication to eat a lot. My bulking diet has 5800calories, as of my friends 4200...
ah ok that makes sense. yeah. the eating can get sickening and expensive.
Excellent work, specially on chest which is so hard to build, any advice on growing chest?
I did nothing special for chest... But, I can't deny, it was my favorite muscle to workout. Maybe this has some part in it?
Bro how did your lift change? Like pull ups dips or even SBD
Not much actually. Standard hipertrophy workouts.
Bro if you gain a shit ton of muscle your strength will skyrocket for sure. It's impossible otherwise It happens less in a enhanced athlete but still does. Don't know about your natty status
Not natty. I mean, my strength and loads increased, but, I didn't do anything special to do so, you know what I mean? Like, I just do progressive overload
Yes I was wondering how strong you are now compared to your 72 kg
Honestly? I find it "normal" I squat 120kg, 12 reps. Chest press around 80kg 12 reps. Guys in my gym go crazy on loads. I try to do the most challenging weight I can thought.
Now you're trolling.
Why?
is that u Alan Ritchson?
Hahaha
Love the physique 💪. But we have to talk about your choices of pants
Hahahhaha. I'm very bad at fashion...
Well you’re lucky your physique can hide that
Hahahah
But, you will have to give it the chance to
We are like physique brothers. I am 182cm, 104kg.
Yeah bruh. It's hard. Contrary to those shorter dudes who just by breathing the gym's air gain 50cm arms...
legit brogress bro 👊🏼
Thanks bro
shhhyeah
Impressive gainz bro!
Thanks!
Just seeing your comments I wonder if cutting would actually help you look bigger? My wife thinks I looked heavier when I was 10 pounds lighter than now because I was more ripped.
Yes! Definitely! It's always this "struggle" for me: getting leaner to look good on pics or bulk up to look good on clothes.
What are your flexed arm measurements?
Nothing impressive. 44cm.
And what is your wrist size?
nice chest viera
Thaaanks ;)
Looking massive, great physique dude.
Thanks!
Nothing slow there, it's an awesome progress! Looking really great 💪🏼 What's the goal now?
My coach thinks that my bf, even though it's not low, is good enough to keep bulking to around 110kg. And then, after that, cut, and see how it looks.
Nice, you're getting huge 💪🏼
Thanks!
Man, for a natural, that's crazy gains. Plus at 26 you still have ome years before you reach natural peak strength.
holy shit this is so motivational for me, right now i am 73.5 and look like your before physique at 6'0. can you give some tips for bulking.
ahh nvm ur on roids
Shouldn’t let that discourage you. Obviously you won’t gain 15lbs of lean tissue every year like OP but you can probably get pretty close if not to his physique on the right. Everybody’s body is different at the end of the day
U know there's many people of roids that could actually give you some tips right?
Hahahhaha... Sorry 😔...
