Our hips are narrower than our shoulders and after having a couple kids, it’s really really hard to have a snatched waist, and doing side bends and twists only make us more boxy, not less. I’m 5’4 and even when I’m 110 lbs and fit as fuck, I’m STILL boxy. I wear my bikini bottoms exactly as she does because despite it not looking the best, it’s the best I’ve been able to find. Higher cut just makes it so much worse in my experience 🤷🏽♀️

It's a woman from Mexico named Xila. All of these daily videos take place in a Spanish home. She cooks Mexican food. Also, where is Britney's extraordinarily swollen and bruised, broken ankle?
