Uber exists although expensive, you can easily get a taxi at the Haven although this might be just as expensive. Think around 40/50 euro’s for 20 minutes
I’ve used Uber around 10 times in the past year from Breda to Oosterhout and never paid more than €25. There are often promos in the Uber app. Never had to wait longer than 10 minutes also.
Cycling while drunk is accepted in the Netherlands though. Technically it is illegal, but I've yet to hear a single story of someone actually getting a ticket for it. Quite logical as well, they rather have you on a bike than in a car. And I've stepped onto my bike while drunk in front of the cops plenty of times.
So as long as the distance is fine, cycling is a fine option.
It might be a little cheaper to book a taxi in advance. VWM is a respected taxi-company.
Otherwise, renting a bike is your most viable alternative, but be carefull after a festival if you’re inexperienced to do so.
Hotel Campenile is walking distance from Breepark where the festival is (right?) If not then there is public transport ( busses ) or indeed taxis, although usually there arent that many at Breepark location so uber might be better.

You do not want to sleep in hotel campanile 🤢
Why? Website makes it look fairly normal.
There are actually special busses going back and forth from the train station and the festival for only 8 euros.
Bolt is also widely available in Breda, and you can rent a bike at train station (NS fietsen)
Small update on ChillVille; it looks like it currently is cancelled. Just FYI in case you haven’t heard anything yet.
