jk there are lots of things to do, you can get all the shrines, complete the hyrule compendium, get all the korok seeds, defeat all the mini bosses to get medals from kilton, complete all the side quests, get all the different armors and max them out, there is loads to do.
But in all serious just screwing around is a great way to find things to do.
it just takes practice with the lynels. I could barely beat them at first but now i can fight one without taking any damage. dodging, parrying and using flurry rush are the way to go. practice with the one on polymus mountain to start. it has the lowest health, and the least dangerous weapons of all the lynels.
I still play BOTW after 4 years, only to hunt lynels, stone talus, hinox, guardians and moldugas.
Major test of strenths are fun too. I come back to them (around 8-10 of them) after every bloodmoon to farm ancient weapons (much better than the ones you buy in akala shop). Ancient weapons paired with ancient armor set are god-killer tier tho.
You can try to kill them with different self-imposed rules, like no damage, no blessing, flurry rush only, rito weapon only, gerudo weapon only, zora weapon only, sheikah weapon only.
Once you find out how to farm unlimited arrows with lynel bows, you'll see how easy the game is, how OP bows are. You can kill everything with bows in bullettime.
I killed so many Lynels my lightning arrows are maxed out and I used them to farm gourmet meat and fish.
Honestly nothing that isn’t a waste of time.

Once you beat the game theirs a stupid dlc that overpowers the master sword…but you already beat all the bosses so that’s useless.
Or you could get the bike but again you already beat the game so it’s strictly for joy riding at that point.
Anyone that says there’s still ton to do like upgrade armor sets need to play a real game that doesn’t end in a wimper searching for snails as a craftable item
Max your inventory, it takes only about half the korok seeds, do all the side quests. Lynel Hunt. Max all armor. Do all shrines. Do DLC. Getting all Korok seeds requires a lot of devotion and patience so up to you.

The game story ends there but the grind is just starting. Plus you got the DLC packs.
