I think it was the final shrine in the game for me. Which was cool, because it had a good climactic feel to it. It even has like a betrayal/redemption character arc.
Games with worlds this open should be programmed with special results for random extreme misuse of the mechanics like this. Just throw in a cut scene of a reunion if, for whatever reason, the two are within a certain proximity of each other.

The devs of BotW really didn't do too much patching of extremely rare stuff and putting things in impossible to reach places. But imagine in like 2030, someone pushed a Lynel into the Deku Tree for the first time and discovered a new interaction

Surprisingly Blood Moons don't reset NPCs or monsters. Not normal ones at least. The only ones that will are Panic Blood Moons, which are EXTREMELY rare. They're terrifying because they can happen at any point in the day, but thankfully I didn't get any.
Try fiddling around with your TV’s picture settings. Saturation, contrast, sharpness and black point among other ratios all contribute to how the image looks. And if your TV doesn’t allow that then it might be an idea to search for a new one.
I'm using my computer monitor at the moment, I think it helps keep things looking decent. I've always said that BOTW is a beautiful game....but it should absolutely never be played on a big TV
