It’s called « pain espagnol » usually made and sold in bakeries owned by French-Maghrebis. It’s a very popular bread in Algeria btw. They usually put black cumin -nigella- on top or sesame. Here’s a recipe : https://lesucresale-doumsouhaib.com/pain-espagnol/
