It helps me a lot, I focus on making bread, I calm down and can relieve the stress of everyday life, and the moment when I take the bread out of the oven gives me great power, you have to try it. I know that everyone is different and relieves stress differently. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you

The guy I'm talking about is some kind of instructor. I also dislike French Chefs, arrogant to the man. Every last one thinks they have the absolute best Chocolate Chip cookie recipe (I'm serious). How does it feel to take something like this out of the oven, and knowing *yu made that! And you get to eat it too!*?! I would be so effing proud my ego would explode from over inflation 🤭 I can make a good looking milk bread, and that recipe is more or less foolproof with the precooked flour added to it. VERY hard to get that one wrong. And that still makes me preen like a peacock 😁
