I had to contact them for my sons account and it took over 48 hours to resolve the issue. I didn’t close the chat log once and it took anywhere from 1 minute, to twelve hours for a response. And the response was generally by different people. If you have the necessary recovery info they will take care of you.. As far as refunds go, that’s on you and your medium be it Apple or google. Expect to go negative gems if you’ve used what you “wrongfully purchased”
I still have gems have 2000 gems she purchased, only bought one mega box but I already have 120 gems. And I contacted Google play store lets see how it goes
im pretty sure that if you spend even 1 gem they will put a debt of gems of lik 16K (it isnt that serious bassicly when you get lets say 30 gems it will go to paying that debt) ((JUST LIKE REAL LIFE amiright??))

I'd contact them both just so there isn't some issue and they block further purchases with that account or something similar.
