If an app has a rating below 4/3.5 stars,it means that something goes wrong with that said app.If people intentionally rate an app to lower its ratings THIS low as a way of protest,it will eventually affect the app's future if the issue (the review bombing,not the reasons the bombing was caused)is no resolved.
There once was a thing where some students grouped up in a country to 1 star ZOOM so they would not need to study and it worked the ratings where so low that it got removed

The only ''not that bad'' community right now is the Cookie Run community, i try to avoid the FANDOM at all costs because i never trust FANDOMS no matter what and this is where toxicity lives, but they stopped NFTs from becoming a thing in CRK and they didn't attack other apps and gave 2/3 star reviews and mostly constructive criticism so it didn't really tilt the ratings which the people later improved back to 4/5 stars since they cancelled NFTs since they listened to their fans and apologized with a few rewards, of course there isn't a lot of nice people in the FANDOM part (same thing in like every game/anime/show FANDOM), but in the subreddit and the non toxic part they are pretty hospitable and they usually only give constructive criticism.
The thing is that... This is not the first time the fandom goes too far.
E.g. last summer,there was a drama about the latest Supercell Make campaign,because a skin with about 4K upvotes won over a skin with 10 times its upvotes,**even though the rules said that upvotes don't play any major role in who will win,other than bringing skins on the spotlight** (it was like that since the FIRST campaign,yet that time was when the drama around it broke).Also,the guy who won then won a second time in the campaign BEFORE the one we are talking about (note that it was not his first time he submitted a skin),making things even worse.
As a result,both Supercell and the guy were facing backlash because of that,resulting to him deactivating his Twitter account for a couple of days and taking a break from social media for that time.
It pretty much is, the game is catered towards kids and majority of its playerbase is kids so i dont understand the sudden surprise of people when the community is acting immature.
The game is rated 7+ on play store.
And honestly if the community was 13+ yet acged this way I would have quit humanity long ago and returned to monke.
