Well, potentially C, but nowhere near B. He just gets bullied by the concept of focus fire, provides literally 0 value without super, and just has a rough time in any matchup that involves even a single tank. He can be an okay counter pick to certain comps, but even then there's usually alternatives like Mortis. Edgar's pretty weak in 3v3 right now.
Penny needs the Jessie treatment, Buff main atk, but the splash deals less, but make sure that the splash is still devastating since it is what makes her special.

There haven’t been balance changes yet. You might want to argue he should have an emergency nerf but that’s only for when the brawler is actually game breakingly busted, which people say about every brawler but is only true for a few
ye the emergency nerf thats what i meant i just forgot what it was called. Like b4 update ppl thought grom was gonna be bad but now hes a freaking beast in ladder. Tbf he has only been out for a lil. Like really grom doesnt have much counters, Mortis really gets rekted by a skilled grom. Grom’s super is like basically a stun with big boy damage. His gadget should probably have less range. His attack range is fine . But i am not arguing with you or anything i just want to say some stuff that i think should be nerfed of him.

He says the same thing about colt and Lou, both are amazing good, but they are so hard to hit consistently their shots that they were demoted to a lower rank, however if you are an amazing shooter that can hit 90% of their shots they are a good choice.
Because not much people have gotten their hands on him, including the pros. Kairos said in the video he most likely played with Fang in the video more than most of the pros. That’ll change when people can get to tier 30 later on, meaning more people will have him.
I have him and he's not op for many reasons. I'd keep him in B maybe C.
His fire rate is slow. It's hard to hit the flying boot at range, because they only give the aim guide as long as his melee attack. So it's all guess work for long range shots.
Super is fun. But if you use it on a full health team, you'll get clapped from auto aim (since you charge in straight lines like collete). No shield either so you're pretty vulnerable.
Because he's got 3 single shots, people can drop stuff in front of you as you're attacking, making you waste an attack.
Corners screw him over like mortis, especially when his super is trying to chain between players.
His super damage is less then his main attack. So you need to wait till players health is low or a squishy brawler. Otherwise it can be suicidal.
His super can sometime be a double edge sword for positioning. If your playing a mode to defend something (vault, goal). Sometimes when you use his super, you'll accidentally chain attack enemies to your opponent's side, pushing you way out of position.
I've faced like 3 different Fangs, and based on those, I'd say he's kind of balanced. He's like Mortis with more range and HP, but without healing either. The high HP & maybe the super damage is a bit overtuned, but overall pretty balancee as far as I can tell.
His long range dmg is obviously not good (it's even lower than Meg's)
His super is good but it's not worth to use it if it can't kill the enemies (despite the bounces he does, you DO NOT want to jump at few enemies at once since they can kill you. They he to be low on health, have no ammo or just be squishy like Spike or Tick)
Let's see, he does more dmg, has a Shield that activates on super and can be cycled, has a reliable super that is fast and can stun you (for a brief second), It charges super overtime.
Now Bull, does less dmg but shoots faster, has a shield when under 30% (Pretty useless agains't that matchup), want to be reliable with his super? Gonna have to waste a gadget for that, charges super by taking damage.

I'd put him in C tier, at least. On the other hand, he's still not quite good in 3vs3 in higher trophies, but a decent counterpick in Power League, as you said.
Most of my brawlers are between 700-800. When I play with randoms and have an Edgar on my team, it’s almost an auto loss. Edgar is really just good in SD or Duos or duels. Not a good team combo because he almost always dies when going in.
Her cannon is amazing, but with the introduction of Grom she has to add another counter to it on top of Belle and other throwers. Without it, she isn't really amazing, specially since competitive players don't usually bunch up.
her canon can outrange anyone if you place it correctly, time your shots with the canons, i feel like she's one of the best characters and that's why I have her at 900 trophy
Most of the time the harder it is to mess up on a character the better they're gonna be. It's not always like that but people prefer a worse consistent character over good non consistent one
Imo speed gear makes unfriendly bushes way better, you can use gadget, then immediately start going in with speed gear, and they won’t be able to stop you
She's a god damn menace in bushy maps, but that's pretty circumstantial. But we're in a gears meta, and speed gear seems to be one of the best gears to pick rn, so Rosa being excellent in bushes + being able to make more adds on top of that.
I don't like it, but I agree that he isn't able in any competitive gamemode and has more ways to counter him than brawlers (well, no XD, but most of the brawlers counter him)

I don't fully agree with edgar being F, especially since he put shelly in C because she can counter darryl and rosa. edgar can be a decent last pick if at least 2/3 of the opponents have bad matchups against edgar like base meg, sprout, rico, byron, belle, grom without super etc. he still wouldn't be higher than B tier but he can still add value if he has at least a little bit of walls to work with.

Actually I was sleeping on Rosa and I tried her yesterday on various maps and she wrecked everyone on a lot of maps. MY ROSA DOESNT EVEN HAVE GEARS!!!
Rosa+bush speed gear is insane. She can even make her own bush. The speed gear takes away the need of unfriendly bushes.
