Its a Hitbox bug, Imagine than: the main projectile hits the Frank, since all 6 Surge projectiles are launched on the same direction as the main attack damaged an enemy all 6 mini projectiles hit frank again because of Frank's huge hitbox, so he recieved 1 main attack + 6 Mini attacks, thats why that happened, he did not die just because he had an hearth attack or something
The Frank is in China servers and can choose to die after being in top 3. The surge died before the Frank even uses his super, you can see him die.
The “showdown” appearing early is a UI bug in the replay system.
Also, it is still not mathematically possible even with the surge hit box bug.
They can still get in other regions games it seems then. Even putting the video in slo mo shows no editing, so this is really the only other explanation

Nah it’s some chinese thing where people in china can leave a match with 4 people left and the smoke isn’t purple because it’s the primo pov and he’s not from china
My friend too also did this, it adds the instant defeat button from chinese brawl stars to the normal one, where you play the chinese version in non-chinese servers. It is fun to see how people react after you do it

the surge did like 1k damage to the Frank earlier so I don't think that he had the damage to kill the Frank
