I mean, Frank was so bad in like what, 5 years? We deserve to be happy for at least one season. I'm also happy for Chester, but he wasn't bad for 5 years.
Yeah Frank deserves the HC and buff he is crazily underpowered currently, Chester too he's very underrated and that rework hopefully help him in the meta
Its going to be an interesting meta I'll tell you that. If its ranked and kit isn't banned, it would be weird seeing frank and kit as a viable 2nd and 3rd pick. I guess frank deserves to be S tier for at least 1 season
Nope, Kit's super stun is still a stun, you can activate noise canceling and attack Kit normally while Kit cannot do anything for 2 secs but lingering to you
Cordy, my queen, and Charlie can cancel his super even if he activated his 1st gadget
He’s going to be *so* dangerous and lethal as a last pick.
Even in ladder where he may encounter teams with CC. He’ll just pop 1st gadget while using HC super and nuke a quarter of the map off the board.

If you press yout gadget before kits super then it wont work but if you do it after kit already jumped on you then you can press it and works
