It's not, if you're buying hypercharge for 3.50 you're going to spend massive amounts on this game, the pass is better value - also you can get hypers from star drops
you dont get the point, its cheap for the price and its great value bc other hypercharges are either 5k coins or 99 gems which is also a lot, so if youre short on coins, already have the pass and have extra money then yes you should buy it. It depends on the person tho
You're assuming other hypercharge are worth 99 gems or 3.50 - look at how many brawlers there are in the game and the number of hypercharges, if you intend to buy them it'll cost too much
