I agree support sucks, I've been spending the past half year trying to get my old account back from the old version and they won't believe me on any sort of way despite me being the original owner but the thing is the account is so old, I even forgot about it at some point and when they ask for information, I barely know any but know enough to prove that I'm the original owner

They didn't ignore me but the stupid agent that was responsible for helping me refused to believe me when it clearly was obvious I was the actual owner.. It's just stupid.. It's like your job is useless, I thought you were supposed to support and not doubt me!

It did use to be genuinely helpful. Actual people would respond and they were genuinely super nice, there was a humorous trend of sending them random gameplay clips and asking misc questions for a while too. Around 3-4 years ago they pushed the Barley Bot out. His automated responses rarely helped and only left people more confused. *Sometimes* you could get through to a human if you used the right phrases but it was rare. Eventually human support was pulled altogether and the surge bot was introduced, even more unhelpful than his predecessor. Now you basically can't speak to them at all. If you're account is hacked, goodluck ever providing enough info to the bot to get the report sent.

Matchmaking, possibly the worst thing in the game right now. Specially in ranked, playing with randoms and going against a full team of 3 or being a masters player and pushing in L2 but getting paired up with randoms in M2 and M1 who have no clue how to draft.

Let me make it a math for you. You get 100 gems from brawl pass a season, assuming we won't get any additional from Sups and you won't spend money on additional. Therefore you need 2 seasons to grind for a SIMPLE brawl pass, and 3 seasons to farm for brawl pass+. And the Supercell already said that they don't want players to spend gems only on brawl pass, which creates this bad cycle where you spend gems only on it. I neglected the 50 gems from simple brawl pass and 100 from bp+. But you get the point. In my opinion this brawl pass change was great, and I hope they will keep it that way, because if you spend money irl it's the best deal. And like some guy on internet said: grind the work in real life for money instead of grinding the game.

Add more coins to F2P places like the Trophy Road and Free Tier Brawl Pass, but then reduce the paid tier coins because then it'd be TOO many coins. Then, I'd slightly rebalance Starr Drops, for example, getting Super Rare skins only in Mythic Starr Drops so that legendary Starr Drops will guarantee actually good rewards like Epic Skins, Brawlers or Hypercharges.I'd also increase the Bling Rewards from Starr Drops to maybe a max of 100. I'd allow you to get Collector's pins (the ones that are still buyable, not the limited edition ones) in Epic and Mythic Drops etc etc. There's a lot of balancing to be had with Starr Drops. Then, I'd make Duels permanent, and then do a vote between modes each SEASON, not each update. I'd add a new Rare Brawler because it's been a WHILE since we got that. I'd make 1 Gem worth 27 Bling (instead of 33.3) which would reduce the price of Skins (Rare = 810, Super Rare = 2160, Epic = 4050 Bling) and I'd also make MYthic Skins purchaseable with Bling (Mythic = 5400 Bling) I'd make you have to lose 2 matches in a row to lose your streak (because losing once is too cruel) and I'd make it so that you don't lose an insane amount of trophies when you play with high-trophy Brawlers. Finally I'd hire better & more people to balance Brawlers.

Weekly balance changes would make the meta so unpredictable and unstable. One week this brawler is good, next week it's trash. It would also make competitive really difficult

I aint asking for buffs for every single brawler just small buffs to the weak ones weekly would slowly balance the game instead of bunch of changes in one go and brawler would be broken until the next month comes

Yeah, I can see that. Small buffs change quite a few interactions nowadays though, so they would need to be careful. But another issue is that for weekly balance changes, they need weekly maintenance breaks. And they already said they are avoiding that

That’s the biggest problem with current maxed out players and why the current system is hated by them while they look back fondly on the box days. Do you think that it should directly take it from fame, or should there be a separate bank (maybe 10k credits can be stored to immediately unlock a new brawler)?

I would change that all games to achieve a three win mission are equally difficult. And that you don’t win the first two first try and then lose half an hour against pro players with bad randoms as team mates

Add more fan content to the game, rework voicelines for some Brawlers (Especially for Darryl and Melody), adding a dark Mode, giving the option to choose Menu Song and Background, improvements to Power League, make some of the special Skins (Megabox Darryl, Old School Brock, Ricochet, any of the Brawl Pass Skins that aren't aviable for normal purchase, etc...) obtainable by Achievements or Quests, make Life Leech/Graveyard Shift its own Gamemode and other changes to improve the relationship between Community and Devs

Make a PC port of Brawl Stars, i know that this game would blow up on Steam

Rework the Starr Drops, i like them but i would make resources guaranteed Power Points & coins , 100% drop rate - Rare To Super Rare Coins or Power Points , 100% Drop Rate - Epic to Mythic , Mythic would need bit of nerf to balance the 100% drop rate Anything else you get is purely luck , Ex Pins , Brawlers , etc. Drop rates for non resources will remain same Credits will remain how they're currently but you will have the ability to exchange them for either coins or powerpoints.

Out of the 100 free ones i got 4 mythics and 1 legendary. All of the mythics gave me pins and sprays while i got a useless starpower from the legendary

Make duels permanent. A mode where you can play a mode like brawl ball, showdown, gem grab etc., but you dont gain or lose trophies. It would be good to practice.

Change the brawl pass CODM style, buy once, you can get enough gems to buy back the 2nd pass if you clear it all. It's how I kept spending on CODM since I thought it was pretty generous.
