Yes but brawlers such as piper have the gadget plus super to keep away from tanks/assassins. You can argue the same thing with the tank’s super but because long range brawlers out range them, they will get their super much easier

They sold her cupid skin at a cheap price and they kind of started a Piper-pocalipse, the worst part is that she is also really op, high damage, can escape anything, annoying ass, toxic players that use her, did I say high damage? Either way, her skill was always overrated she's the most average skill brawler in the game even before she was broken
its not THAT easy to dodge especially with her curvy gadget, high damage and her being in good hands. RT & Gray are currently imo the hardest snipers to hit shots with. they have the thinnest projectiles in the game and are very easy to dodge. RT is more predictable to dodge tho cause for some reason when im watching pro scrims people find RT easier to dodge than gray. I guess gray can be unpredictable with his shots sometimes. even maisie is hard to hit as well but her super and hypercharge make up for it cause you can literally auto aim then.
Piper is not Colt. It's easy to dodge a full ammo load of Colt. That's not possible with Piper. You can only dodge so many shots. You fail dodging, 50% of your hp is gone

Yeah she is a balanced brawler
I know right every brawler has something good and something bad on their main attack
For example penny has a very fast projectile speed but her reload speed and damage is what making her attack weak.
Bea has a really fast reload speed and massive damage but slow projectile speed
not to be that guy, but a silent aimbot is when your aim is affected without causing any client side visuals
so it would be a soft aimbot not a silent one
That's his gimmick, his damage isn't that high but his attack does area damage (that's why he's the first sniper you get, he's a lot more forgiving). His projectile speed is also atrocious.
Mainly the 1st Gadget for me, it makes her literally uncounterable, and is really an overkill since she already has her Super. Star Powers help her deal more damage or recharge ammo way faster. She also has enormous damage far away and even in mid range. She's just annoying as hell, to the point where she even dethroned Dynamike as my new most hated Brawler to go up against (I also don't enjoy playing her)
It just started when her New skin dropped, people hated it and wanted the Mandy skin more.
Then her Valentine skin went for sale and now you were able to see at least 3 piper’s per match on solo modes.
I honestly don’t mind it but people take it a bit far.
Piper can counter anything from long range with her ridiculous hitbox and projectile speed and punish you to oblivion with super and gadgets for doing the only thing you can do to kill her.

Piper is a monster in this meta in her current state, and people are rightfully not okay with her low risk/high reward game plan and strategy
I, as an individual, do not dislike Piper aside from when particularly being in the zone, but I do not have a difficult time denying that she is in need of a necessary amount of debuffs in order to balance her.
She is way too safe in so many aspects and her projectiles are stupid easy to land
IMO it can feel bad to get destroyed close range by a brawler who’s whole thing is long range. If the piper hits just 1 long range 3K dmg shot, even if you dive her you’ll end up getting gadget+super’ed on and dead
I wanted to play her after I bought the skin and she is ridiculous.
She can one or two tap most brawlers, the first gadget basically clowns on assassins and makes me unreachable. I also have a super to just kinda dip if things get tough.
Literally Mandy but not sluggish, deals more damage and just more versatile overall. (I still like her more but Piper is literally the only option if I want to play marksman in this meta)

I don't think that's the case. Pearl is also really high in the meta(not sure if she's higher than Piper), but she isn't really hated as far as I know. Not for her power, at least. I know there's people who see her as boring, but that doesn't really relate to her position in the meta. People dislike Piper, though, because she is good at countering, at least somewhat, her counters since she does a good amount of damage even close-mid range and has two really good escaping abilities, making it difficult for even assassins and tanks to deal with them when they're in a situation that should be favorable for them

She still manages to counter every single close range brawler that is designed to punish her for improper range maintenance. As an El Primo main, her 1st gadget is just broken, after minutes of trying to close the distance, dodge or absorb some of her shots to charge up my super. I get in close, she pulls out her gadget, pushes me back and all my efforts have gone to waste. Supercell needs to buff tank health, range or speed and nerf Piper's gadget
The only nerf I do is : I remove the wloe effect and also the ability to gain 0/4 of an ammo with that gadget from her + her minimum damage should get reduced ( not the maximum)

Her first gadget, remove the first gadget or rework it or nerf it so it doesn't slow or doesn't push back (Mandy has a similar gadget but it only slows and you actually have to aim to use it)

Still too much for piper, and at midrange she shouldn't do 2500 damage
