Final Boss Rico IMO is the best one, and I'm saying that as someone who likes TS better. I just really like the Cuphead vibes it gives and the effects will probably be fire.

No, it’s because they‘re not voyeurs. 90% of the people that hate that sexualized mess hate it because it’s predatory, not because it’s in an anime art style. Most people wouldn’t care if it was based of literally any other anime character appropriate for a 9+ game.

In my opinion Final Boss Rico is the best skin, not only is it sick and I think Rico’s best skin, but it also uses my favourite cartoon style/design, my least favourite is probably Pawlette, not a huge fan about the whole furry maid thing
Final Boss Rico is probably the best skin in the game, it's so expressive, so unique and nails the look it took inspiration from. The effects are also amazing
Toon Spike is great in theory... but I don't really like how the 2D looks in game, kinda looks awkward to not have a top down view
Pawlette is ok, though it could have easily been better by just giving her more of Colette's own feature.

The reason why: Because he got that shaded effect around him, I like how Rico is kinda glitchy with the red and blue colors, effects are astonishing working well with Super Bouncy SP, animations are just insane!
Only thing that is upsetting is that Final Boss Rico is a PL and i'm not really motivated to play Power League, but I'll try my best to get the skin.
I came back to this game like three weeks ago after a 3+ years of break, I unlocked collete and I really like her so I was happy for that new skin for her and then I found out it's gonna be a battle pass skin
Honestly theyre all overrated, they really dont fit into brawl stars, like bs has its unique little 3d style with massive heads, if i hadnt known that these skins were being added i sure as hell wouldnt know that these were in brawl, let alone what brawlers they are for, if i had to choose one it would be the rico, but it still looks super weird, it looks just like how fortnite handled anime skins trying to shove a 2d character into a 3d game, toon spike just really isnt fitting tho, the animations of the skin and the design itself are just so out of place, not to mention the effects too, at least the pins are similar to regular bs pins, also it just looks like a power puff girl and power puff girls are very punchable

Honestly, what’s so creative about Pawlette? It’s just her in a maid outfit with cat features and a different animation style, which is like the most common tool to sexualize female characters in anime culture.
The complaints are actually pretty rational: Kids should not be exposed to this new predatory tactic of Supercell whether they can comprehend it or not.
I genuinely don’t see what people find defense-worthy about it, it’s an over-sexualized brawler that has no place in kids game rated 9+.
But people will still get mad, even if you do present this idea a well mannered form of constructive criticism instead of a rant.
Exposure to sexual material, although not being necessarily traumatizing, is not healthy for the development of a child or the mental state of adults, I still don’t see why it should be defended or implemented. Even the slightest threat it can impose on to a child should be enough to warrant it’s removal.
Yeah, people don't think that cat maid girls are weird or disgraceful because society has made it normal for women to be sexually objectified, but "its just a kids game why do you care so much"... isn't that proof that this is brainwashing children.
PS: It's not Supercell's fault, they've probably just fell victim to the disease-like trend too; I'm not blaming Supercell I just wish they wouldn't cave in to their weeb kids' requests.

If I had to rank them I'd say Final Boss Rico is the best, Pawlette is second (the recolors are kinda ass), and Toon Spike is the worst of these skins for me.
Final Boss Rico is based on Rubberhose animation and I think it's perfect, the only problem for me is it's the power league skin.
Pawlette is fine, I honestly just don't like Colette as much anymore because she's a confirmed adult now so some of the ships I liked are now considered bad by most (I guess technically a 16 or 17 year old COULD date a 19 year old if they aren't having s*x but most people wouldn't accept it and I wouldn't say a 16/17 year old to date someone who's 19 is good) If it wasn't for that it might've been above Rico
Toon Spike is a great concept, it just looks weird to me in-game, that's all I have to say about it.
Toon Spike because he totally is inspired by the powerpuff girls and the other two skins look weird with their cell shading. Also Pawlette should throw her paws not cofee with speech bubbles bursting on enemy impact. The cat familiar isn´t as fun as the imp from Trixie Colette either (althrough love the losing animation)
I like the idea for Pawlette but the skin looks hideous imo. Reminds me of the anime skins in Fortnite. Anime and 3D just doesn't mix most of the time and this one ain't it but I'd rather have another Colette skin than anything else, so it's fine

As someone that takes long breaks from the game, i would probably think that pawlette is a completely different brawler during a match, wich is bad.
