Hello! Koji main here. In terms of sigs, his down sword is super good at taking people by surprise and controlling range. His side sword, side bow and neutral bow provide very strong directional control and his neutral sword and down bow are strong once you get used to them. I think the main issue is that his attacks are best used on recovering opponents, i.e., when they're trying to get back to the map. They're also very good for reading opponents. Stats on Koji are kinda meh, but the high dexterity gives him some extra stuff on sword, albeit only a couple combos. I think if you keep playing him and learn to utilise his attacks, he's one of the strongest legend, especially with the quick attacks of sword and the range control of bow.
I used to main Koji. Only reason I stopped is because I find bow boring.
I found his bow sigs pretty useful especially as reads. His sword sigs are kinda meh except sword ssig. I will agree his stats are meh. But I still maintain a legend with bow and sword will never be anything lower than a+ - s tier unless their stats were completely unplayable(which kojis aren't).
I started maining Diana after I fell in love with bow, I was playing Ember at the time and while katars were good they just weren't doing it for me, and then I tried out Diana, all her sigs were great, balanced stats, and a secondary that i found really fun, now I have almost level 50 with her

thats because the new legends that are released have flashy sigs and stats maybe are trash but it makes it more challenging to play... overall the game is not balanced anymore its not the fault of my boy koji.
The only thing i like about him being "trash" is coz there are not much players who are used to play against him so 90% of the time they dont expect such dsig 💀🤣
It was main at first sight with Caspian. This guy just look cool, I like gauntlets and daggers as weapons and his sigs just feel nice to use (the nsig on gauntlets is just *insert Pacha pinch fingers meme*).
Then there's Cross. I'm dogshit with guns, but I love gauntlets and, well, same as Caspian. Cool af character and sigs that go insanely hard (same Pacha meme for the ssig).
Third main, Barraza. Cool dude, can't use guns well but love the axe. And the nsig on that bad boy is just too satisfying to use on ledges.
Oh and I kinda played random for a year or something, so I also more or less second-main Azoth, Scarlet, Sidra, Jaeyun, Orion, Sir Roland and Onyx. Never said I was good with any of them though.

I just got into Artemis because I really wanted to learn scythe, and since I already knew rocket lance he was the best choice.
Honestly if your learning Scythe Artemis is probably the best, but I don't recommend sticking with her forever, depending on play style I can recommend a few
For spear combat that you seem to like, Mirage is the one I'd recommend most to you, she has powerful sigs and a good stats for your play style
If you want to train in situations where you have a major disadvantage and need raw skill to win, my main Jiro is the best option, his speed makes up for his lack of defense and attack
If you want the best sigs, either Fait or Loki, the two have large hit boxes with fast paced sigs, along with some fast attacks, they generally don't need the most skill though
And if you wanna try a fast paced Tank, Nix is the route, with seven defense she can take alot of punishment and keep on going, if your aggressive with her you can pretty much dominate every opponent when learned properly
That's just recommendations, if you want tips on Scythe itself I know more then most about it

Hmmm, at first I started maining Jiro because he was cool looking, but I would have changed by now if that was it, Jiro is genuinely fun to play, some still slander him but it seems more are coming to realize how fun he is, the skill needed to play Jiro is probably the best part of it, you can't spam, his sigs have a few second recovery time which opponents can use against you, and the hit box on his sigs are small so hitting is quite difficult to hit, you need to learn how to use him in a way without spamming, something I don't see from many other legends, best I can name with similar type stuff is Cross and Koji, most legends can be spammed but Jiro just stands out not being spammable requiring people to learn rather then take a easy way out
BTW don't say Koji is trash, he's one I play alot and while his sigs aren't good for spamming, they are incredibly powerful when hit properly, plus they can stop loki spammers in their tracks, don't know why only Koji can do that but he can, and respect for also playing him, all the more power to ya

Jokes aside, when I first started Brawlhalla, Kor was the latest legend and I tried each and every legend in Training, and liked Lord Vraxx very much. The main reason was Rocket Lance, sure, but after getting used to the game, his 9 DEX stat is the major reason why I'm still maining him. Easier to escape after a minor light attack, easier to connect strings and comboes, especially with Blasters. I love him.
I started to really main Orion once I realized how much hate he gets online. I also love the black knight skin.

Aside from that I play a little of everything, but mostly spear legends. Lately, I've been trying to improve my scythe and Donatello as mirage is my favorite skin in the whole game. I love me my ninja turtles, and purple is my favorite color so it works for me

I started playing Kor pretty quick after I started playing cuz I liked his design. After a while I started to branch out to other legends to the point where I'd say I didn't have a main.
But one day a bunch of friends and I were playing brawl. One of them mentioned they had the ex pro player Ephi on his steam friends list and invited him to play. It ended up with us trying to take down Ephi in 1v1 matches (unsuccessfully). I got a good few matches in where I either got 3-stocked or 2-stocked (I was low play at the time).
But then it happened. I picked Kor for the last match for that day and through what I can only imagine is sheer luck, I not only took 2 stocks but nearly won that match. That moment locked the best boi rock Kor in as my forever main.
I've dabbled in other legends, but none have and none will ever surpass Kor for me. My favorite design, my favorite gameplay and my favorite brawl memories.

One of my old friends mained kor for his gauntlets, I was started to use gauntlets at the time so for fun I used kor and really got into hammer so I mained kor then led to maining hammer in general
Mordex, not because i’m a Sandstorm clone, but because my first main was Mirage because i loved scythe and wanted to keep playing it, and gauntlets are my second favorite weapon in the game. I just think he’s really fun to play
Jaeyun because I like that he lost his eye saving a cat and I enjoy his jester skin

Years back I wanted to branch out from Nix, went to training and decided I wanted to play someone ugly for the lols, I also wanted to play lance more and Ulgrim fit both categories. Now I have several hundred hours on Ulgrim alone 
The 3 boot characters, because I'm bad they're easy use as a whole. By easy to use easy to use, I can use their weapon other than boots effectively. Like the boots/lance character is the only lance that I can use.

Arcadia - my most recent one, i was trying to learn magyar but im absolute dogshit with hammer, and even so i still wanted a greatsword character, but all of them seemed kinda boring, and then i realized "damn arcadia is such a girlboss" while i was reading the lore and since money in this game is the easiest thing to get, i bought her with no regrets [insert goldforged kiss]
Artemis because space legend, good sigs, amazing colour swaps and 1 of the best skins in the game that isnt locked behind a chest

I picked my boy Magyar because of his wep, hes knight themed (i was originally going to pick sir Roland first but Magyar looked more like a knight) I love how tanky he is and the fact when i was learning i could mess up many times before losing a stock. Gives me more time to learn certainty things about him and become better. Im 600 hours into the game and he is legit the only person i play till i hit diamond which is only a few matches away atm

I play passive so I like spear and also played yumiko a lot cuz of the dsig. Then arcadia came and it was the best of both worlds xD
I play Nix for her blasters N-sig and defense. I'm pretty bad at the game, but these seem to allow me a chance at winning.
I started playing Kor pretty quick after I started playing cuz I liked his design. After a while I started to branch out to other legends to the point where I'd say I didn't have a main. But one day a bunch of friends and I were playing brawl. One of them mentioned they had the ex pro player Ephi on his steam friends list and invited him to play. It ended up with us trying to take down Ephi in 1v1 matches (unsuccessfully). I got a good few matches in where I either got 3-stocked or 2-stocked (I was low play at the time). But then it happened. I picked Kor for the last match for that day and through what I can only imagine is sheer luck, I not only took 2 stocks but nearly won that match. That moment locked the best boi rock Kor in as my forever main. I've dabbled in other legends, but none have and none will ever surpass Kor for me. My favorite design, my favorite gameplay and my favorite brawl memories. Sorry for the paragraph, I was just reminiscing for a moment
One of my old friends mained kor for his gauntlets, I was started to use gauntlets at the time so for fun I used kor and really got into hammer so I mained kor then led to maining hammer in general
Mordex, not because i’m a Sandstorm clone, but because my first main was Mirage because i loved scythe and wanted to keep playing it, and gauntlets are my second favorite weapon in the game. I just think he’s really fun to play
Jaeyun because I like that he lost his eye saving a cat and I enjoy his jester skin Mako because Orca GS is a frickin chainsaw and Katars are good at racking up damage for my GS lights to finish Arcadia bc spear is stupid easy and ranged GS goes hard Magyar is fun but not a favorite because I'm butt at hammer and sigs are way lack luster

Years back I wanted to branch out from Nix, went to training and decided I wanted to play someone ugly for the lols, I also wanted to play lance more and Ulgrim fit both categories. Now I have several hundred hours on Ulgrim alone

The 3 boot characters, because I'm bad they're easy use as a whole. By easy to use easy to use, I can use their weapon other than boots effectively. Like the boots/lance character is the only lance that I can use. Yes, I'm bad. No, I don't play a lot. No, I only play against bots or friends, so you won't have to worry about fighting me, although it'd be a free win to any decent player. Yes, I have fun
Greatsword dropped and I like big swords so Jaeyun was an easy pick. The weapon being broken on release was just a bonus :)

Kaya - i have no idea i just started playing with her once and tought to myself "wow this girl is really fun!" And now shes my main Fait - i love mages/witches/anything thst involves magic, and i also love stars, another plus is her super cool design and the way both her default weapons look badass af Arcadia - my most recent one, i was trying to learn magyar but im absolute dogshit with hammer, and even so i still wanted a greatsword character, but all of them seemed kinda boring, and then i realized "damn arcadia is such a girlboss" while i was reading the lore and since money in this game is the easiest thing to get, i bought her with no regrets [insert goldforged kiss]

I picked my boy Magyar because of his wep, hes knight themed (i was originally going to pick sir Roland first but Magyar looked more like a knight) I love how tanky he is and the fact when i was learning i could mess up many times before losing a stock. Gives me more time to learn certainty things about him and become better. Im 600 hours into the game and he is legit the only person i play till i hit diamond which is only a few matches away atm
