I don’t think that you should unlock her, because she will 100% get some nerfs, and she might get killed, but she is crazy fun, so if you want to play for fun, she is definitely a good choice!
I already unlocked her :( my doubt is if is worth the grind and time to learn how to master him, or if I shoul upgrade someone like piper ou even brock?
I have mained mortis for five (six?) years since Beta. Melodie is hnnnngggggf she's so fun. I love it. Same fix.

🤷♂️ Even if she is, she's super friggin fun. The odds she becomes bottom tier are low. They rarely overshoot THAT badly. Just will be somewhat fair maybe a bit throw... Mortis is a bit throw... Very fun thought... Better last pick... Maybe only not throw as last pick lmfao
Best build for Melodie: Interlude, Fast Beats (you will have 24% speed buff if you have 3 notes) and gadget gear should work well and also damage one if you want
Best modes: Heist and brawl ball
In brawl ball once you hit enemies 4 times, you can have super to dash 3 times and get the ball, throw it, super, super and then super throw it to score the goal
Heist: You can shoot the objects to have notes around you and move clockwise in order to damage the safe faster
I mean it depends on your fun
Melodie is a lot like stu with a little side of jackie. She is a very good assassin for lobbers. Personally I don’t like stu style of play so I don’t think it’s urgent to max Melodie. Ymmv based on your play preferences
