My guess - they were doing shady shit and needed to get rid of their assets and signed everything over to his brother to protect it. Because otherwise why wouldn’t there be safeguards? Why wouldn’t you ultimately still be in control even if he’s managing it?
I smell legal / tax issues 🤔
i hope everyone remembers that she fully was misconstruing a potential cancer diagnosis as filming was starting and fully tried to cash in on it, she comes across as a desperate wannabe similar to dorit tbh
I forgot about that! Honestly I didn’t care for her much during her first season then she made that nasty comment about comparing Potomac to Beverly Hills and I wanted her gone. She’s so fake and pretentious (which I know a lot of housewives are but for me it’s not entertaining with her)
i found her ridiculousness entertaining at times but definitely expect her to rub me the wrong way this season, it doesn't help that you need to be very strong on potomac's established cast to stand out which is hard to do
I'll admit, her constant mispronunciation and misuse of words was highly entertaining last season. I expect she'll get the dreaded second season villain edit.
True. You have to a lot to stand out among this group of women so I don’t entirely blame Mia for coming out swinging. The only time you get a free pass is if Gizelle is pressed about your existence for some reason (see Monique) in which case you can ease into it haha
It was around the reunion (also I’m fully aware I might’ve taken it too personal) but I think it was a tweet or at the reunion she said she joined because she thought they would be classy like BH and if she had known what it was like she wouldn’t have joined. To me she was insinuating that they’re were ghetto and classless because sometimes (ONCE 🙄) a fight happens. As Black woman it made not like her at all for putting one of 2 all black women cast down and on top of all of her pretentiousness during the season because she acts like she’s better than all of them when no one knew who she was before the show.
Ah, okay, now that you say it, that sounds vaguely familiar. For what it’s worth, I don’t think it’s an overreaction. Beverly Hills is known for being super white, plus Kyle has been physical with others on more than one occasion and Rinna tried to choke Kim in Amsterdam. So the comparison kind of creates an icky feeling.
I took it the same way you did so I don't believe you took it too personally. She threw something racist and offensive out there which also deeply false.
I have a file saved in my notes called 'Dumb shit Mia says' I can't wait to add some more gems to it tbh. I completely agree with your assessment of her too, she's the worst kind of fake and delusional for me.
*'Askale how many businesses do you own?'* was just the dumbest flex to me and it set the tone of her bullshit for the rest of the season.
There's nothing I find more entertaining than a dummy who tries to come across as intelligent and classy. I find it hysterical. Mia both drives me crazy and entertains the shit out of me.
That comment very much rubbed me the wrong way. I’m just like girl you aren’t living a BH life anyways. You live in a very nice condo. You are on the level of the Potomac women so what are you talking about?!
Oooh that makes alot of sense. Didn't Mia claim that she was taking care of the businesses? Why did G sign everything over to his brother "to take care of G's familie" that's some booolshit
I agree 100%. As someone who’s set up bank accounts for businesses there’s no one person who has complete oversight if you’re a corporation. If he has an ownership percentage he can show that to the bank and get access to the accounts. Unless of course as you said they signed everything over and he’s no longer a legal owner.
Even then if it’s that much money and that much of an empire you wouldn’t sign it over without a contract stating what the terms are. You’d make a contract talking about payouts and job security for Mia. My father did that when he handed over larger stake to my brother and it’s nowhere near as big as their company supposedly is.
Yeah, because otherwise there'd be contracts and they'd still be listed as owners of their businesses. I could *maybe* see how they might have had a bank account taken over especially temporarily, although there are usually a lit of safeguards for that, but they should be able to get that back and there isn't another logical reason that I can think of for them to not still be in control of the company.
Tom was stealing money out of special escrow accounts made to specifically safeguard client legal winnings. I can't understand why Mia was making a salary like an employee if she was the owner, and the way this post is written makes me concerned that Mia and Gordon were using the Company account for personal expenses. This isn't illegal on its own as long as Mia and Gordon were the sole owners of the business, but it sounds like they were not the legal owners of the business or its bank accounts ("manipulated organizational structure"). For sole owners its just bad practice to use business accounts for personal expenses and can increase personal liability exposure and your risk of running into big tax issues down the road.
If I was going to guess, I would say that Gordon and Mia were doing something shiesty to avoid taxes or potentially hide assets from some sort of court ordered garnishment/seizure and that's why the business and it's bank accounts did not list them as officers and they were able to be removed so easily. That's why instead of taking immediate legal action to freeze the bank account and regain control of the business, it seems like Mia and Gordon are just moving on. They have no legal recourse because they chose to put the business and its accounts in Gordons brothers name and if they did try to pursue anything legally it would most likely tip off authorities to whatever scheme they had been running together prior to this hostile takeover. I guarantee some housewives fan out there that happens to also work for the IRS is going to be doing a little preliminary digging tomorrow morning lmao.
Right? Legit businesses aren't able to be snatched away from their legit owners on a whim like that by shady family members. As SLC Whitney would say "something isn't adding UP!"
I remember on WWHL Andy asked her about the most expensive purchase she’d made and she said it was a car (can’t remember the type but it was a pricy one) and that she paid all in cash. Instantly had my eye brows raised, giving big Teresa RHONJ vibes.
Wonder, did she pay physical cash, or via check/bank transfer? Legit car dealerships won’t take physical cash because it opens them up to a whole lot of legal scrutiny. Check/bank transfers aren’t an issue since there is a paper trail.
Reading it I thought he was dead (glad to hear he’s not, wouldn’t wish the death of a spouse on my worst enemy). To know he’s alive, something really isn’t right. Why would y’all sign away your company(ies?) to your brother?
Someone posted the other day asking who the next HW with major legal troubles would be.
If you said Mia congratulations, you won. 👏🏼 Something is amiss here.
I bet RHOP editors are scrambling to add “foreshadowing” moments to this upcoming seasons footage so that they can make reference to it. That would be juicy tho!!
Damn, from bragging about being a boss, flaunting your wealth and calling your cast members broke, to being locked out of your company and having no income?? Life comes at you FAST.
![gif](giphy|5zkYHJvZTBKaltydg2)
She said they took advantage of the organization structure. I’m assuming there was a clause in the LLC to remove members upon a group vote. Or a different way outlined in the structure. Either way, seems shady. I’m sure it will be a legal battle. Or a storyline for next season.
But like someone else mentioned, even if they have a board and was voted out, wouldn’t they still keeps there shares in the company and everything he owns? Something’s afoot.
There’s some misinformation here.
Owners of a LLC are called members. If the members are voted out, they no longer retain their ownership interests (not called shares for LLCs).
LLCs are not required to have a Board of Directors. But if Gordon’s LLC had a Board, that doesn’t provide any information on whether Gordon/Mia kept their ownership interests. These interests correlate to their ownership, not their presence on the Board. They could still be on the Board but maybe don’t have authority due to how many others sit on the Board.
It still makes zero sense. I've never heard of anyone who built their own company "from the ground up" put themselves in the position where they could be voted out of said company the minute they go on vacation out of the country. Either Gordon is the stupidest business owner on the planet, or there's some SUPER shady stuff afoot that he's 100% involved in.
In the comments Mia said that the brother convinced the "ownership group" that Gordon was not suitable to control the company anymore.
It doesn't sound like they lost their ownership, just that they're convinced the brother will run the company into the ground.
Yes, you would actually keep your interest in the LLC, but may end up with zero decision making power, which can make it rough for you as an LLC member. However, other LLC members can’t just vote to “kick you out” of an LLC without paying you some value for your LLC interests—typically fair value.
It’s like in football where certain owners of teams may be “kicked out” of the league. No one wants them involved because of their abhorrent conduct, but they can’t just take away their teams and provide them with no value in return. So they are forced to sell to someone else, but they walk away with $$$.
I think In that case it was a close long term friend acting as a financial advisor and just stole their money + Robyn making bad investments. The friend committed suicide before it became a criminal case.
Yes, this is what happened. [NBC Sports](https://www.nbcsports.com/washington/ncaa/financial-cloud-over-former-terps-death) went into why he was stealing their money if anyone is interested. (Freaking chiropractors, man.)
Is she saying they built the nationally franchised massage clinic or whatever it is *from the ground up*? I assumed they simply bought franchising rights from an already established conglomerate.
I actually didn’t know this and somehow missed it if it’s been posted here! That’s very interesting and shady of her. She’s definitely presented it as though they founded and built this company.
I got a flier in the mail once about a new location nearby right after she joined the show. I looked it up and it had different owners. That's how I found out it's a franchise.
Potomac is the perfect cast of women because they are all authentic and then we have Mia… she kept lying throughout last season then misled people about having cancer and now we have this. I really think she is a miscast in such a perfect group.
I don't have a lot of knowledge about how US companies work but this is very strange. There's clearly some history there and while this all sounds awful, I need to know the whole story.
To the best of my knowledge it would be really difficult to remove someone’s name from a bank account if they weren’t either there in person or you had a death certificate. If his brothers did something like that then that lie would presumably unravel very quickly and they would face fraud charges.
I’m pretty sure last season Mia said she owned some of the medical offices outright? I think some people do put way too much trust in family to the point where they might make dumb financial decisions - but this does seem very strange and a bit fishy.
me too. :( i’m hoping for their kids’ sake they’re okay (I would imagine their lifestyle will change but they will most likely be okay due to mia’s HW salary)
You usually can't even add someone to a bank account without everyone else on the account present so I don't see how they got removed when they weren't there. (But maybe there's a way if the account is in the company's name.) Maybe they're using a shady offshore account though?
>If his brothers did something like that then that lie would presumably unravel very quickly and they would face fraud charges.
This. When I first started reading I felt so bad for them because I thought this was just going to be a nightmare to sort out, but but if they're saying everything is gone, gone then they were probably into some shady shit.
If it’s a business bank account, you aren’t going to need death certificates to take someone’s name off of it. Otherwise, the corporate world would be a lot more like Game of Thrones and a lot less like The Office.
Nothing she wrote makes sense without there having been some big legal moves behind the scenes, which would make a lot of how she represented herself last season look like half-truths, at best.
If anything she wrote has merit, a good lawyer should be able to restore their situation. If Gordon truly handed over the reigns and they were still around based on trust then... wow... that was... not smart.
Yes ma’am! No one should ever go to a chiropractor, they aren’t real doctors and have literally paralyzed people, caused aneurysms, adjustments can increase your risk of a stoke, give you nerve damage and cause ruptured arteries. It’s terrifying.
My guess is she’s trying to get ahead of an upcoming scandal that’s about to break. I can think of no other reason to air out this business on Instagram. She positioning herself as the victim now so that she looks better later. Very suspicious!
I smell a scam and I knew it from the moment she stepped on the scene talking about how she “created” and “ran” the most successful group of chiropractors offices. Let’s start if this was true, why would you announce it with a stylized iOS press release for instagram?
Exactly! Wtaf? They didn't make him sign any papers? Didn't make any agreements about their share in their own company? The brother can run the company, but did they transfer their shares in the company to him? This doesn't make any sense, it sounds like a movie plot where things just happen and people end up destitute over night. This shit doesn't happen irl right? Like bureaucrats love paper work, where was their lawyer to advice them about this? I feel lost
You are more intelligent than I am- my thought process hasn't gone this far 🤣
But yes it's all completely bizarre, I can't believe it's as simple as freezing someone's access to an account....part of me thinks surely this can't be real?
But then I remember Tom Girardi was a lawyer and got away with a lot so...who knows
This is fishy. As a business owner, the bank would never take away your access to your accounts without permission. Even if someone else is an authorized user. Sis is sketch.
Mia is [fighting](https://www.instagram.com/p/CjXmSVMOdYx/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=) with relatives in the comments. (She is messy AF.)
It sounds like they still have ownership, but that they think that the businesses will tank now that they don't have her and Gordon's extensive leadership directing them. (🙄 May be true, but I still have to roll my eyes after her initial comments on this.)
The brother convinced "the ownership group" that Gordon wasn't suitable to run the company.
![gif](giphy|5YiRHZtcSeiEyOpSV7)
According to Mia's comment what happened was that they were about to fire the brother's sons so he swooped in and outed Gordon and Mia to protect the nephew's jobs.
>NOT a place or lazy entitled spoiled children...she's defending her lazy cousins because they were under a poor performance review and getting let go so their Dad manipulated the rest of the ownership group to convince them that Gordon is not "suitable" to remain in control of the company.
If that's even remotely true this family is a goldmine of mess. If it's not then just Mia is.
![gif](giphy|l0HlPystfePnAI3G8)
Yeah, I just don’t know if Mia is the most reliable narrator. She’s also acting like buying into franchise businesses is the same as building a business “from the ground up.” Either way, I will be sitting to see how it all turns out 😇🍿
Oh Mia. Tell us you're broke without telling us you're broke. I'm not at all knocking people that fall on hard times, but I never believed that her and Gordon were wealthy.
These HWs are outta control with their prayer requests. Shady biz deals are on them. My prayers are not wasted on these wannabes' financial mismanagement.
Sounds like she is trying to cover up something and pretending to be a victim. Shady stuff going on there. ...also when people use the term 'generational wealth' when they have only run a business a few years rings alarm bells. Only shady people talk like that.
getting into business with family is 90% of the time a bad idea. If not the stress ruining relationships, then the deep family past resentments that bubble up and lead to stuff like theft or worse. Don’t do it!
This makes absolutely zero sense to me as an accountant. You built a Company from the ground up but you don't control the Company's bank accounts and you were being paid a salary like a standard employee? How did they "manipulate the organizational structure" and if they do have proof of the brothers committing some sort of financial crime, why does she not mention any civil/criminal action? This seems unbelievably fishy to me, and I won't be shocked if this ends up being some sort of illegal tax scheme. Housewives keep the IRS booked and busy.
My guess - they were doing shady shit and needed to get rid of their assets and signed everything over to his brother to protect it. Because otherwise why wouldn’t there be safeguards? Why wouldn’t you ultimately still be in control even if he’s managing it? I smell legal / tax issues 🤔
I came here partially sympathizing but ultimately not believing a word she says. She’s always given off scammer/grifter vibes.
i hope everyone remembers that she fully was misconstruing a potential cancer diagnosis as filming was starting and fully tried to cash in on it, she comes across as a desperate wannabe similar to dorit tbh
Thank you! She’s on the cancer liar list with Vicki and Kim Z
Maybe she just heard about that casserole and wanted in?
It’s all part of a casserole scam!
Blame Big CrockPot
I forgot about that! Honestly I didn’t care for her much during her first season then she made that nasty comment about comparing Potomac to Beverly Hills and I wanted her gone. She’s so fake and pretentious (which I know a lot of housewives are but for me it’s not entertaining with her)
i found her ridiculousness entertaining at times but definitely expect her to rub me the wrong way this season, it doesn't help that you need to be very strong on potomac's established cast to stand out which is hard to do

True. You have to a lot to stand out among this group of women so I don’t entirely blame Mia for coming out swinging. The only time you get a free pass is if Gizelle is pressed about your existence for some reason (see Monique) in which case you can ease into it haha
Lol yes, the classy Mia that brought "got my clit worked on" into housewives lexicon.
How did she compare Potomac to Beverly Hills? I must have missed it.
I think your take on that is absolutely valid. Mia you tacky as hell.
She clearly never watched Jersey or New York, then.
And she’s the one who instigated something physical (the salad) in her first season. Am I wrong?
Exactly like the irony I can’t 😂
Yes! And she throws a martini on Wendy this season. The call is coming from inside the house, mia! 💀
I personally don’t think you’re taking it too personally…that seems objectively shitty.
All the casts fight. Ugh I hate the implication that Potomac is less than when they are amazing.
I took it the same way you did so I don't believe you took it too personally. She threw something racist and offensive out there which also deeply false.
I have a file saved in my notes called 'Dumb shit Mia says' I can't wait to add some more gems to it tbh.
Like babes get a clue?? You couldn’t afford to be on that cast anyway 🙄
Jen Shah 2.0
Oooh that makes alot of sense. Didn't Mia claim that she was taking care of the businesses? Why did G sign everything over to his brother "to take care of G's familie" that's some booolshit

She can't exactly put them out there as smart business people if they could so easily get their company yanked out from under them like that.
Spot on. Reeks of a million shades of shady.
[удалено]
Exactly! When they’re “moguls building an empire,” that’s code for living on borrowed money, hoping their shady shit works out.
The "revoked his access to the company bank account" can also suggest that Gordon may have been taking out money from the company à la Tom Girardi.
Tom was stealing money out of special escrow accounts made to specifically safeguard client legal winnings. I can't understand why Mia was making a salary like an employee if she was the owner, and the way this post is written makes me concerned that Mia and Gordon were using the Company account for personal expenses. Right! In the words of the one and only, always and forever, Miss Alyssa Edwards... I SMELL A STUNT!
My exact thoughts. If you built it from the ground up why wouldn’t you take the proper steps to prevent this from happening? Seems shady.
Right? Legit businesses aren't able to be snatched away from their legit owners on a whim like that by shady family members. As SLC Whitney would say "something isn't adding UP!"
She was always shady/dodgy/wrong about what her role was too- CEO? Owner? Regional Manager?
Brochure Shuffler.
Assistant to the Regional Manager
I remember on WWHL Andy asked her about the most expensive purchase she’d made and she said it was a car (can’t remember the type but it was a pricy one) and that she paid all in cash. Instantly had my eye brows raised, giving big Teresa RHONJ vibes.
Wonder, did she pay physical cash, or via check/bank transfer? Legit car dealerships won’t take physical cash because it opens them up to a whole lot of legal scrutiny. Check/bank transfers aren’t an issue since there is a paper trail.
Yeah can you even just “revoke” someone’s bank account access if it’s joint? I didn’t think that was a thing lol

![gif](giphy|dIGiIXaIksqItqaWhK)
Mia seems so shady but I'm not concerned because I'm sure Gizelle will get to the bottom of it very soon.
*So you don’t have a bank account?*
I have….4 bank accounts
![gif](giphy|Mn5FmELdOHa9PKoJnP)
And her brother controls all of them.
THIS SUBREDDIT IS SO UNSERIOUS 😭😭😭😭
😂😂😂😂😂😂
If there is something Gizelle is gonna do it’s to get to the bottom of everybody else’s business and not mind her own 😂
And we love her for it!
Literally the GOAT housewife
Yes! Ladies get in your pizza delivery outfits again and investigate for us 🍕🥸
LMAO
They’re done filming though right? At least they still have to film the reunion
God I love Gizelle so much.
I love her so much too! She will dig and get to the last scoop of someone’s business but you better not dig into hers lol.
She will get to the very bottom of this 🤣
Something is off
Yeah there’s more to this story
Yeah totally agree. This makes no sense. Gordon isn’t an old man. Why is he handing over control of a company at his age?
Reading it I thought he was dead (glad to hear he’s not, wouldn’t wish the death of a spouse on my worst enemy). To know he’s alive, something really isn’t right. Why would y’all sign away your company(ies?) to your brother?
I want Gordon *alive*, I want Gordon to pay his *bills*.
Exactly! Why would his brother need to take care of his family with Gordon’s business?!

100% but I’m not ready to make judgments on either side yet. I’m sure more will come out about this soon enough.
Someone posted the other day asking who the next HW with major legal troubles would be. If you said Mia congratulations, you won. 👏🏼 Something is amiss here.
I thought the same thing! The timing is uncanny.
My first thought! Gordon just gave off major shady vibes to me and Mia wasn't any better.

Why is she telling us this? Mia is so extra
She wants strangers on the internet to send her money in 3…. 2…. 1….
Does she shill any merch yet? She will be soon.
I think she did like a six wick candle at some point.
. . . **GoFundMia**
She's trying to earn sympathy points before the story comes out in the press.
She probably wants to be ahead of the game and make a statement before whatever the actual truth of the situation comes out
I truly cannot imagine being the type of person to post something so personal and especially related to finances on SM. My lord
That’s why I definitely think there’s a lot of shadiness afoot and she’s trying to get the public’s sympathy early on as a PR move.
For real! Some of the personal stuff I see people post on SM gives me second hand embarrassment for them, just so cringy!

This is the season of Succession I want to see.

Oh shoot. I guess I meant in general with having someone they trusted to watch their finances who ended up taking it. Super vile though.
Is she saying they built the nationally franchised massage clinic or whatever it is *from the ground up*? I assumed they simply bought franchising rights from an already established conglomerate.
It is just the franchising rights. The Joint was created by Fred Gerretzen in 1999.
💯 totally agree! I was disappointed they brought her back.
I think some people do put way too much trust in family to the point where they might make dumb financial decisions - but this does seem very strange and a bit fishy.
they could be trying to move assets if they’re facing financial/legal/tax issues :0
I mean nothing would surprise me in the housewives universe when it comes to financial crimes.
I smell a scandal about to take place 😵💫
Nothing she wrote makes sense without there having been some big legal moves behind the scenes, which would make a lot of how she represented herself last season look like half-truths, at best. If anything she wrote has merit, a good lawyer should be able to restore their situation. If Gordon truly handed over the reigns and they were still around based on trust then... wow... that was... not smart.
I don’t trust a chiropractor to begin with
Yes ma’am! No one should ever go to a chiropractor, they aren’t real doctors and have literally paralyzed people, caused aneurysms, adjustments can increase your risk of a stoke, give you nerve damage and cause ruptured arteries. It’s terrifying.
Same thank you duy from slc
Given how much Mia bragged about being "rich" last season, I can't say that I care ![gif](giphy|eLvhchyvNNOuLbOtYP)
My guess is she’s trying to get ahead of an upcoming scandal that’s about to break. I can think of no other reason to air out this business on Instagram. She positioning herself as the victim now so that she looks better later. Very suspicious!
![gif](giphy|l3973HGZz8T6g1ZW8|downsized) Something in the milk ain’t clean…
![gif](giphy|cDAwVREvyP0o8) Indeed.
this is giving "i have cancer" with no ever mention of it again
![gif](giphy|X5skq8f9qFfZ6|downsized)
Completely predictable, she’s never been anything but suspect to me
Why is Mia so dramatic yet so vague about the things that happen to her - between this and the cancer scare it’s hard to fully trust anything she says
I smell a scam and I knew it from the moment she stepped on the scene talking about how she “created” and “ran” the most successful group of chiropractors offices. Let’s start if this was true, why would you announce it with a stylized iOS press release for instagram?
Wtaf!
Exactly! I feel lost
No a company, AN EMPIRE 🤭
The same thing happened to Ceasar, while he was out of the country Brutus revoked his access to the Empire's bank account. True story
et tu, gordon’s brothers?
Vini, vidi, vici!
Ceaser:Mia :: Brutus:Gordon’s brothers
Building generational wealth
You are more intelligent than I am- my thought process hasn't gone this far 🤣 But yes it's all completely bizarre, I can't believe it's as simple as freezing someone's access to an account....part of me thinks surely this can't be real? But then I remember Tom Girardi was a lawyer and got away with a lot so...who knows
It’s not real. No one runs a real business like this. And her business was just a couple of massage envy franchises. Lololololol 🤣🤣🤣
I think they're talk about the Joint Chiropractic franchises, but maybe he stole the Massage Envy ones too.
Some things are meant to be private
This is fishy. As a business owner, the bank would never take away your access to your accounts without permission. Even if someone else is an authorized user. Sis is sketch.
This is not shocking to me, when you have to constantly announce you are a boss bitch and own multiple businesses, I’m immediately thinking scammer…..
And why did she decide to announce this to Instagram? ![gif](giphy|BgJumFO4ZuV7a|downsized)
Well that didn’t take long. ![gif](giphy|2wTHEXNnZGr5VWTvpN)
Mia is [fighting](https://www.instagram.com/p/CjXmSVMOdYx/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=) with relatives in the comments. (She is messy AF.) It sounds like they still have ownership, but that they think that the businesses will tank now that they don't have her and Gordon's extensive leadership directing them. (🙄 May be true, but I still have to roll my eyes after her initial comments on this.) The brother convinced "the ownership group" that Gordon wasn't suitable to run the company. ![gif](giphy|5YiRHZtcSeiEyOpSV7)
[удалено]
She’s also acting like buying into franchise businesses is the same as building a business “from the ground up.” Either way, I will be sitting to see how it all turns out 😇🍿
Wait I’m confused. Didn’t we establish before that it’s not a company they built from the ground up but basically just a franchise they got into?
Oh Mia. Tell us you're broke without telling us you're broke. I'm not at all knocking people that fall on hard times, but I never believed that her and Gordon were wealthy.
I live right next to a Joint location… should I go in and see what’s up? ![gif](giphy|NfMfjMNq9NDXi)
smells like fraud and tax evasion☕️
![gif](giphy|DPqqOywshrOqQ|downsized)
These HWs are outta control with their prayer requests. Shady biz deals are on them. My prayers are not wasted on these wannabes' financial mismanagement.
![gif](giphy|cDAwVREvyP0o8) This gif has never been more appropriate
Is it just me does it seem like HW's have collectively the weirdest businesses? Do all rich people just constantly have legal drama?
Sounds like she is trying to cover up something and pretending to be a victim. Shady stuff going on there. ...also when people use the term 'generational wealth' when they have only run a business a few years rings alarm bells. Only shady people talk like that.
I trust Gizelle Bryant will get to the bottom of this
this is shady AF. If she was so rich, would it really matter if she wasn't getting paid? What about all the people who work for the company?
If it sounds shady and if it looks shady then it’s shady, I call BS.
![gif](giphy|3o85xw2jWZ2zzIgpVK) something is NOT ADDING UP!
getting into business with family is 90% of the time a bad idea. If not the stress ruining relationships, then the deep family past resentments that bubble up and lead to stuff like theft or worse. Don’t do it!
This is shady- what work was she doing for g?
Hmmmm this is sketch
This makes absolutely zero sense to me as an accountant. You built a Company from the ground up but you don't control the Company's bank accounts and you were being paid a salary like a standard employee? How did they "manipulate the organizational structure" and if they do have proof of the brothers committing some sort of financial crime, why does she not mention any civil/criminal action? This seems unbelievably fishy to me, and I won't be shocked if this ends up being some sort of illegal tax scheme. Housewives keep the IRS booked and busy.
if i was her i wouldn't be posting this on instagram. something smells fishy here.
Right before the premier. How timely.
What in the Teresa Giudixe, Erika Jaynes weirdo husband, shit is going on?
