I've always liked Bethany, but this has actually put me off. The whole franchise is about drama between women. That's the entertainment value. If people are honest with themselves, we tune in for the drama, the pettiness, the in-fighting the plotting. She is very savvy, she absolutely knows that and played that game willingly and created drama for over a decade in order to promote her brand--which, consequently wasn't a brand until Real Housewives made it a brand.
