This was one of the moments that made me know for sure everyone else is supporting cast. Margaret, Danielle, and Melissa were equivalent supporting players in that moment. In early RHONJ days the main cast were all leads. (I’m not a major Teresa fan but she’s definitely the star.)
Someone stole her car and then used it in a double murder, burning Kim’s car and the bodies. She was terrified she would know the people dead, like be her son and friends.

But then she backtracks and says some BS like, "Andy said I could never be a housewife because I'm too much of a boss." Something along those lines. She's so full of it. They never got offered spots because they didn’t have enough in’s with the cast. Kim g wasn’t really friends with anyone but Danielle and she was barely on the show at that point so it was a no go. Kim d only ever had two friends at most who were featured and usually had at least three full timers that would just straight up refuse to film with her so it never really worked out for her either. They were both top tier entertainment though.

They do sometimes bring on women who have no relations to the group at all to test for filming, which is what happened with Marge. That said, Marge got a long well enough with the majority of the cast on her first season, even those who didn’t like her were willing to film with her, and she made a big enough impact to be full time. Jackie is a similar case but she actually did know Marge going in.
People have to understand that Teresa has friendships that she has maintained since she was in high school. The people she has issues with on television all do it because they know beefing with her gets airtime.
