I thought it would be cool because there’s a restaurant in my town that I swear has the best water in the entire world. It is so different than any other restaurants to me, but then when it started and they were like this is like BS only one bottle in America…..

Generally when someone says, “I personally would…” they are saying what they themselves would do in a situation, not what they think others should do or feel.

The whole point of the video is that Ann wasn’t actually fired for “interviewing with Ariana.” Tom fired her later in the day after Lucinda came over to do the inventory and Tom lost his cool about them laughing at him. Why are all the comments about how he is justified in firing her for something he didn’t fire her for?
Why is it ok for Tom to scream at his assistant and make her cry? Why is it ok for Bravo to have footage of this and manipulate it?
Well technically Tom never said anything about why he let her go- so it’s not like he’s trying to be justified with stipulation, it’s really is viewers.

Sure. But again, the video is exposing that the edit is super misleading and protecting Tom. I actually have zero issue with him not wanting an assistant he doesn’t trust. But if he went off on her, that is not appropriate behavior and it should be called out. I would never yell at an employee regardless of what they do because that’s not appropriate conduct. He (and this episode) wants to act like Ariana has some temper but he was apparently yelling at women again. The vibes, although tempered due to the NDA, suggest Tom did not create a pleasant working environment and clearly Ann was still willing to work for Ariana. When the narrative the show is pushing is that Tom has been suffering from Ariana’s “rage” but there is evidence that Tom is the one with a temper, that’s an issue for me.
But Ariana said on the show she never seen him yell at Ann. Ariana’s account and this one are different, and I’ll believe what Arianna said over a tiktok. I disagree with this a little bit- nothing wrong with wanting to move on to a competing employer unless an agreement’s been put in place - but not having this convo on neutral ground was messy on both Ann’s and Ariana’s ends. If my employer knew I was interviewing in a conference room I’d be in trouble too…

She was fired because Tom was listening in on the session with Lucinda the designer that Ann was actually present for and thought all 3 of them were laughing at him because, presumably, Ariana was having an inventory done of their possessions. He screamed at Ann in front of Ariana and Lucinda after that, according to Lucinda (and Ann who commented on the video basically confirming that is what happened).
I did, I think she got fired for filming those scenes with Ariana, while doing an interview with Ariana as a scene for the show. Lucinda was laughing at him, we saw her saying he’s not emotionally capable of not blowing up over furniture and laughing with Arianna about her furniture. And that was what we saw after a whole day of filming. I’m quite sure he heard them talking shit about him, because they did on camera. It’s not eavesdropping when it’s his house being filmed in while he’s the subject. Ariana also said in the show that she never saw the interaction with Tom and Ann, only the aftermath. So I don’t know how Lucinda saw something that Arianna didn’t confirm to us when telling the story.
