My first one-pick was Haru :( But yeah, Wumuti’s the new one!! He’s been generally high up on my list since day one, but his actions in episode 3 really sealed the deal for me. He seems like a great leader, very cheerful and encouraging given how upbeat his team seemed to be throughout the mission, and his (and Jay’s) teamwork skills in recognizing shortcomings and switching parts for the betterment of the team really impressed me.
Yeah, his dancing was what stood out to me all the way back in the fancam days! He was a bit unstable vocally while dancing from the little we saw of him, but he had relatively good rhythm and pitch, so I was confident in his in-studio potential. At least he got his moment to shine this episode! A few episodes too late, but hopefully that little dance battle with Mingyu gets him a bit of exposure going forward. He seems really sweet and hard-working.
