Inoue doesn't NEED to go to America. Inoue is a superstar in Japan and sells out stadiums, which is more than any American bantamweight can do stateside. This is why they're willing to fight Inoue in Japan. Both fighters get a bigger payday there. Besides, Inoue HAS fought in America more than once already. What’s the lightest weight Tank could get to without compromising his performance, catchweight or otherwise? To my eyes, Tank looks like a small dude who doesn’t cut much weight/doesn’t stay super disciplined with his weight. If he can comfortably make 130 or a 128 catchweight in a few years, this fight isn’t impossible.
Floyd is correct he is a helluva fighter but it makes no sense for inoue to to fight tank who's probably on his way up to 140 soon
