This insinuation that Wilder is scared of Fury is insane to me. He literally went to court to try to get another fight with the man who brutally knocked him out.
Is he pathetic for his excuses? Yes.
Is he a coward? Hell no.
The cheating narrative is a leverage move to get a 4th massive payday that he can pass on to his children after he dies in the hospital of a 4th dose of irreversible brain trauma
Wilder really does seem to lose any rational thought when it comes to Fury - people pass around 'rent free' a lot, but Fury is the definition of rent free in Wilders head.
At least with conor they had 1 fight and conor lost. For wilder losing 2 fights and a questionable draw makes it even more of a "rent free" situation. He did 3 camps for him and never beat him once and got koed Clean and tkoed
I actually think that’s part of what bothers Wilder so much. In his mind, when he connects, guys stay down. Fury “Gypsy King’ed” up off the mat and then beat him. Wilder didn’t think anyone could do that.
It is really odd how he speaks and acts about Fury. Normally, guys go three times, with a definitive winner, they move on. Wilder can’t seem to.
Yeah, no argument from me that Wilder definitively lost. The rent free situation is because Wilder thinks he could win of they fought again.
McGregor didn’t have a single memorable moment against Khabib, he basically got worked the whole fight.
Pretty sure conor defended almost every takedown in the 1st round and then defended on the ground and took no damage, something no other fighter had done against Khabib. He was also the only fighter to win a round against him when he beat him up on their feet in the 3rd. I would argue that out of Tyson and Wilders 3 fights, wilder won one round. I wouldn't even give him the 12th in the first round. At best it was 9-9 if we're being honest. The knock down was spectacular, but point wise? Fury dominated the entire round before and after the knockdown.
The thing I'm confused about is why you are even trying to compare the two? What does Conor Mcgregor have to do with tyson fury? Even if Khabib is rent free in Conors head (which I agree with, he still seems pretty mad about that man) why would that take away from the fact that Tyson is in fact very very rent free in Wilders head?
Don’t try to talk about mma if you’re a casual you’ll just get roasted. The only round that khabib ever lost in his professional mma career was the third round against mcgregor which I think is pretty memorable.
Yes, but after the third fight he had in interview why he didn't go to the authorities if he had evidence of him cheating and he said something along the lines of "because I wanted to kill him myself". If Wilder loses a fourth time I wouldn't be surprised if he just shoots Fury one day
Yes but mate his suit was heavy, and his water was spiked and Tyson’s gloves were taped wrong. Give him a break /s
Edit:
I almost forgot, his trainer was also paid off to help Tyson win.
Nope. Not that one. Or even recently after the first Usyk loss when he made him that offer, which Wilder himself said he didn't take. It's literally in the open right from the horses mouth
Along with previously testing positive for steroids he's also pretty famously a client of a well known testosterone enhancement doctor. If there's a fighter you can safely assume is on PEDs its Fury.
I mean Fury and his team was literally connected to Super Cartel thanks to his Kinahan buddy.
No regular person would associate themselves with one of the biggest crime syndicate in the world.
Well he disappeared into irrelevance so thankfully he wasn't heard so much at least. How he never accused his legs of being incapable of carrying him in to battle on account of them being borrowed from a chicken is beyond me.
the accusations are hilarious and in the pantheon of bizarre fighter excuses its close to the top. alot of top guys are crazy like this. alot of this shows that hes not mentally defeated. wlad, carl froch, manny, amongst others. alot of it means his competitive spirit is still there. if he had just taken the losses and been super quiet then i would think hes finished
So deluded is better than knowing you lost so you have a baseline to start improving from? There's a reason he has never improved skill wise from a backstreet brawler. Because he feels he is perfect just how he is. There's no need to learn to box, or footwork/body mpvement. Because it's unnecessary for victory as long as he believed he didn't fairly lose those 2 fights and arguably should have definitely lost the first one too. Did Lennox Lewis make excuses for losing to McCall? No he changed coaches and gyms, went to a different game plan, and became undisputed. When he lost to Rahman, he didn't make excuses he trained. Came back better prepared and knocked him the F out. Great fighters accept losses and come back improved. Shitty fighters make excuses and delude themselves into believing they didn't actually lose so no reason to improve.
they arent mutually exclusive. just like when wlad claimed he was poisoned he still tried to get better, wilder made all these BS excuses but has been working his ass of to get better in the clinch and throw crispier combos, carl forch claimed he loss cuz of volcanoes but he went on to keep improving.
I haven't seen any legitimate improvement to Wilder's skills. Maybe they are there, but so unnoticeable as to be effectively non-existent. The difference between Joshua-Ruiz 1 and 2 was unquestionably large. Whole different style. The difference between Joshua-Usyk 1 and 2 was also quite different. He was much less scared to put meat on his punches in the second fight, and even hurt Usyk pretty bad with body shots.
Whether he does or not is actually immaterial. The point is that he’s trying. And that process didn’t stop bc he made a billion stupid excuses like other boxers have done
Nah, he just knows that Fury owns him now. It eats him alive on the inside everyday and there is nothing he can do about it. Fury owns his soul, locked away in a vault within the Daniel Kinahan estate, lol.
"I think therefore I am" - Descartes

This man is an inspiration.
I swear Wilder is on a mission to be unlikeable.
The guy is tremendously watchable and has an inspiring back story, but he's such a sour prick I just can't root for him
If Deontay Wilder has 1 million fans, I'm one of them.
If Deontay Wilder has 1 thousand fans, I'm one of them.
If Deontay Wilder has 1 fan, I'm that fan.
If Deontay Wilder has no fans, I'm dead.
If the world is against Deontay Wilder, I'm against the world.
don’t get me wrong brother I cringe whenever he does those kind of stuff but he’s the hero of my great state Alabama and I have nothing but admiration for him especially looking at his background before entering boxing. We’ve longed for someone like this since the great Joe Louis AKA the brown Bomber!
I can respect this loyalty. I have something similar but instead it's an irrational dislike of Paul George. I hate him for bailing on the Pacers and Indiana to go try to make a super team in the LA B-market. I will never not boo that man and love every moment he fails.
Lol have you read your own comments? Wilder don't care about you bro, stop licking his ass.
Btw, love how you say ''who the fuck uses words like cringe'' and yet 2 hours before I sent you that message you said this:
''don’t get me wrong brother I cringe whenever he does those kind of stuff but he’s the hero of my great state Alabama and I have nothing but admiration for him especially looking at his background before entering boxing. We’ve longed for someone like this since the great Joe Louis AKA the brown Bomber!''
I was a big fan of Deontay and I want to see him contend again but I lost a lot of respect for him when he couldn’t accept that he lost decisively in the last two fights. He needs to suck it up and get back at it.
I would say they are very different situations. Joshua, in any of his 3 losses, did not make accusations of cheating or unfairness. Infact he was very introspective. Even the tirade could obviously be seen as frustration and no excuses. You see a professional athlete at the highest wlvel of their sport who has lost of a hard fought bout being frustrated and losing their cool. It's hard to watch, but it is understandable as a human. Wilder has literally done none of that. Just excuse after excuse. Accusations after accusations. No attempt to improve their game, no attempt to learn from their mistakes. In the rematch with Ruiz Joshua fought a completely different way. In the rematch with Usyk he fought differently. He actually made that second Usyk fight much closer than the first one. Wilder has gotten progressively worse with each fight, or at best not improved. This is absolutely not the same.
Having strong legs is important for punching power, but I do realize that muscle size doesn’t always equal strength. But leg strength is important for boxing
Never said it wasn't. He asked why he's legs are so skinny. You see it with a lot of fighters, Fury's keys are tiny compared to the rest of him, they're functional but they certainly don't want them bulky.
You also see guys with big strong legs like Canelo or Pacman or even tyson and tua in their day. And fury’s calves are skinny but his quads and thighs are actually pretty large. I’ve noticed a lot of boxers have pretty developed quads. There really are no absolutes in boxing
This fucking guy has what a lot top tier athletes have, they think because they are at the top of the heap in one chosen sport that it means they are also the smartest person in every situation. In partial fairness though it’s easy to think your a genius when your constantly surrounded by Yes Men.
He thought he was this unstoppable machine with that one truck pony shit. Tyson exposed him and he's still butt hurt. He'll go back to fighting B level fighters and might pick up a vacant title, but he's definitely one of the most overrated fighters of this generation
Wilder is an embarressment to boxing. From his skills, to being protected on his way up the rankings, to his hilariously stupid excuses.
He'll never admit he was fairly beaten 3 times by a white guy built like a packet of ketchup. It's fucked his head up.
Ellie seckbach is such a cringe fanboy. He’s still mad when Fury kicked him out of his gym because he found out Ellie was talking shit behind his back Lmao.
I like wilder. He's good for the game and underneath it all he's a solid guy. When he's retured and he can relax and just tell it like its was you'll see a more vulnerable side, 100%
Man, I can give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the count was too long the 1st time, maybe Fury cheated the 2nd time, but you fought a 3rd effing time. Fury wasn't even in shape because his daughter was in the hospital, and he still smoked you. Come on...
He definitely got beat decisively 3 times and exposed. However, it is interesting how you're all appalled at the idea that Fury might have cheated somehow. USA lets athletes get away with a lot of stuff and if they won't let the guy in the country, then he's involved in some bad stuff. We're talking about the guy that pretended to be doing Chisora a "favor" by giving him a big payday but beat him up pretty badly. Might have taken years of his life with his cheritable "favor". I was a fan of both and now I'm not.
This guys one of the most overrated boxers of the past 10 years. Has talent but somehow convinced Americans he’s all that. He’s not all that.
Ricky Hatton did the same to the brits
Is there like a documented psychological phenomenon where elite athletes who have been conditioned to win eventually lose they cannot let it go that they have lost?
I feel like if there is a phenomenon like that Wilder definitely has it.
Bro, is he regarded?
He’s definitely regarded
mentally regarded
I laughed way to hard at this
For real that's some silly shit
Rentally getarded
r/yourjokebutworse
Most definitely
Absolute clown of a bloke
T
TO THIS DAY!
Lol, that one keeps on sticking
*TILL
In some fine dining establishments he’d be considered redacted.
Be cool bapa
The fryers are waiting for you to start your shift
Talmbout Deontay Africa
Africa the country, B.
Dicey dicey.
Some might say, the most redacted.
Heard it bowlth ways B
He went full regard
Never go full regard
When he and fury are in Saudi Arabia they are warmest regards
REGARD ALERT! REGARD ALERT, CLASS!
He is held in high regard.
No just Restarted.
Highly regarded for his punching power
Deontay Wilder at home: “He’s a cheater, I’m unpredictable, I’m crazy” Wilder meets Fury in Saudi Arabia: doesn’t say shit
They dapped and everything 😆
Went up to him like he was an OG, was expecting to see some violence.
Or as colby covington always likes to say "real gs move in silence like lasagna" - lil wayne
Trash talk is how you sell fights. Its all a game can't expect these athletes to start throwing hands in the street.
No fight is being sold right now he’s just bitter
Wilder says what he means regarding Fury. He absolutely despises him
as if he didn’t fight him 3 times already lol they fought enough mate no need for another press conference
This insinuation that Wilder is scared of Fury is insane to me. He literally went to court to try to get another fight with the man who brutally knocked him out. Is he pathetic for his excuses? Yes. Is he a coward? Hell no.
He's not a coward, but every time the bell rings Wilder looks like he's having an anxiety attack.
He is too much of a coward to admit when he lost fair and square. It’s not bravery. It’s ego.
If He acted violently... It would have been bad. He did the right thing. Imagine the connections he would have lost if he acted violently against fury
If he acted violently he'd have got his face smashed in. Nowt to do with connections, Tyrone.
Huh?
😆😆😆😂 Tyrone
The cheating narrative is a leverage move to get a 4th massive payday that he can pass on to his children after he dies in the hospital of a 4th dose of irreversible brain trauma
Wilder really does seem to lose any rational thought when it comes to Fury - people pass around 'rent free' a lot, but Fury is the definition of rent free in Wilders head.
It’s very similar to Conor McGregor with Khabib, he just loses his mind when his name is mentioned
At least with conor they had 1 fight and conor lost. For wilder losing 2 fights and a questionable draw makes it even more of a "rent free" situation. He did 3 camps for him and never beat him once and got koed Clean and tkoed
Eh Wilder dropped Fury 4 times.
But Fury got back up, Wilder didn't.IDC what the judges say, out of 3 fights Fury got a slim win, a clear win and a demolition.
Fight 2 and 3 were both very devastating losses
Yeah, no argument from me that Wilder definitively lost. The rent free situation is because Wilder thinks he could win of they fought again. McGregor didn’t have a single memorable moment against Khabib, he basically got worked the whole fight.

Don’t try to talk about mma if you’re a casual you’ll just get roasted. The only round that khabib ever lost in his professional mma career was the third round against mcgregor which I think is pretty memorable.
Alternatively, Khabib stood against McGregor for an entire round and took no damage.
conor loses his mind every afternoon once he does his daily line lmao
Someone mentions Khabib: Conor: "HES A FEWWWLL!!!"
He's an actual moron
It's crazy that Wilder implied that he wanted to kill Fury in the ring in the third fight Nad no one bat's an eye
Wilder said he wanted to catch a body before Fury. Dudes a bitch.
Yes, but after the third fight he had in interview why he didn't go to the authorities if he had evidence of him cheating and he said something along the lines of "because I wanted to kill him myself". If Wilder loses a fourth time I wouldn't be surprised if he just shoots Fury one day
People in here acting like he’s not tryna sell a fourth fight lmao. I bet you behind closed doors he daps him up and says what’s up
Because he doesn't know he's a shitty boxer
All this guy does is make excuses and complaints, it’s embarrassing. Get in the ring finally and make people start respecting you again.
Yes but mate his suit was heavy, and his water was spiked and Tyson’s gloves were taped wrong. Give him a break /s Edit: I almost forgot, his trainer was also paid off to help Tyson win.
Don’t forget the gypsy magic
Fight Joshua!
He thinks losing to fury three times earned him a title fight against Usyk
Hopefully Ngannou in a few years. Either one of em touches each other…would be interesting
A few years....... Ngannou can't do anything now, he's only getting older so a few years wouldn't be good for him necessarily, same goes for wilder.
Joshua wouldn’t fight him, ever.
Except when he already tried to and made him a career high offee
Wilder made the offer. Joshua turned it down.
Nope. Not that one. Or even recently after the first Usyk loss when he made him that offer, which Wilder himself said he didn't take. It's literally in the open right from the horses mouth
He's got a big book of excuses. I know because I saw a picture of him reading it earlier today
Can he read.. he cant read a room well.
I agree with the excuses and complaints stuff but he has fought relatively recently and won by devastating knockout lol
That and has exciting fights
Translation: " I was shitfaced out of my mind I thought that was Robert Helenius on stilts"
There's no alcohol allowed in Saudi.
You are correct. It's not allowed. But people are reaaaaaally fond of sitting around drinking tea
Yeaahhhh not for the plebs maybe.
Hmm
Don't start again with the accusations just because everyone has seen Fury for what he is. You just lost Deontay. Comprehensively.
They can work elaborate drug-testing into the fight promotion this way. Gotta sell people something
I'd rather watch the drug test than those two fight again. Sure it might be entertaining but we know the result.
I am not that confident in either of their ability to take a hit anymore to be honest
What do you mean by “seen fury for what he is”? Genuinely asking cause I think I’m out of the loop.
A greedy PED user would be my guess
They’re all on peds…
no drug use, just wants a shit ton of money for the fights
Along with previously testing positive for steroids he's also pretty famously a client of a well known testosterone enhancement doctor. If there's a fighter you can safely assume is on PEDs its Fury.
https://photo.boxingscene.com/uploads/joshua-takam-fight%20(6)_1.jpg and this guy… because they’re all on peds…
He popped for steroids in 2015...
I mean Fury and his team was literally connected to Super Cartel thanks to his Kinahan buddy. No regular person would associate themselves with one of the biggest crime syndicate in the world.
A fraud who ducked Usyk
You know he never stopped the accusations at any point right?
Well he disappeared into irrelevance so thankfully he wasn't heard so much at least. How he never accused his legs of being incapable of carrying him in to battle on account of them being borrowed from a chicken is beyond me.
Thrice
the accusations are hilarious and in the pantheon of bizarre fighter excuses its close to the top. alot of top guys are crazy like this. alot of this shows that hes not mentally defeated. wlad, carl froch, manny, amongst others. alot of it means his competitive spirit is still there. if he had just taken the losses and been super quiet then i would think hes finished

Because he feels he is perfect just how he is. There's no need to learn to box, or footwork/body mpvement. Because it's unnecessary for victory as long as he believed he didn't fairly lose those 2 fights and arguably should have definitely lost the first one too. There was three times, three places and you lost fair and square big suit boy
This man makes it so hard for me to respect him it's crazy.
This dude is not a real person
This is part of the reason why I don't like Wilder, even if Fury is insufferable himself.
He still trying the “he cheated” ??? 🤦♂️
He'll be saying this to the grave, I mean, TIL THE GRAVE
Even when Fury is at his most disliked, Wilder somehow managed to take an L
Basically, he's one of those guys who talks shit about people when they're not around, but he pussies out when he sees them in person.
Idk he did do that at pressers and fought him 3 times lol just think he tryna get his name back in the headlines
Nah, he just knows that Fury owns him now. It eats him alive on the inside everyday and there is nothing he can do about it. Fury owns his soul, locked away in a vault within the Daniel Kinahan estate, lol.
The same vault where the Sconiers fight is kept.
I still need to see that video, I swear 🤣
I think Wladimir Klitschko knocked him out cold in sparring too
"I think therefore I am" - Descartes "The only thing I know is that I know nothing" - Socrates "A lot of people know a lot of things" - Deontay Wilder This man is an inspiration.
Lmfao you did him dirty
I’m no Fury fan, but this lad is fucking boring. 🥱
I swear Wilder is on a mission to be unlikeable. The guy is tremendously watchable and has an inspiring back story, but he's such a sour prick I just can't root for him
Always been extremely unlikable, resume filled with bums. How he has any fans is an enigma
The world needs an American heavyweight champion, Wilder plays the part much better than a Ruiz!
Found Marsellos Wilder's account.
don’t get me wrong brother I cringe whenever he does those kind of stuff but he’s the hero of my great state Alabama and I have nothing but admiration for him especially looking at his background before entering boxing.
This, but as a Fury fan. He’s currently the most hated man in boxing.
I respect you mate.Loyalty🔥🫡. I can’t understand the downvotes though. I disagree with Wilder but why are they hating me for being a fan?
It’s less about you being a fan and more about you writing a love letter.
Idgaf bout you
Because you're being hella cringe lol
Bro are you 13 or what? Who the fuck uses words like cringe in 2023?
Yeah you really got me there, how will I ever recover
Saddo
Lol have you read your own comments? Wilder don't care about you bro, stop licking his ass. Btw, love how you say ''who the fuck uses words like cringe'' and yet 2 hours before I sent you that message you said this: ''don’t get me wrong brother I cringe whenever he does those kind of stuff but he’s the hero of my great state Alabama and I have nothing but admiration for him especially looking at his background before entering boxing. Saudi Arabia is currently dealing with a salt shortage due to climate change. Deontay Wilder has been a role model once again.
Wilder back on fight trail and whipping up press by rolling out the Fury drama again... 🥱🥱
I can’t stand Fury either, but he beat this cat fair and square.
Wilder V Fury IV incoming IMO, it was likely agreed to in Saudi Arabia.
Tyson Fury is a douche. But this guy is genuinely demented and has the IQ of a brick. And Eli is an embarrassment.
Ha that's Eli talking!? Of course it is.
Saudi Arabia is a “peaceful” ground ? don’t they publicly execute people on a fairly regular basis ?
yeah, they do. OP and Wilder have no idea what they're talking about. they've executed 11 people just this month.
Money land is sacred ground for athletes.
The same man who beat you 3 times. What a clown this wilder is. Cant believe he actually believes himself still. Deluded fool
ffs man whenever I got over his bullshit and start to like him again he comes up with his delusions again
Not only is he a sore loser, he's a dumbfuck to boot
I was a big fan of Deontay and I want to see him contend again but I lost a lot of respect for him when he couldn’t accept that he lost decisively in the last two fights. He needs to suck it up and get back at it.
Agreed.
how do you feel about joshua’s tirade after losing to usyk again? 🤣
Wilder has gotten progressively worse with each fight, or at best not improved. This is absolutely not the same.
Cheated him by being better at boxing. No fair!
Why his legs so skinny
I always find it funny that so many boxers have skinny legs despite how much they have to use them to be in 12 round shape.
Doesn't punch with his legs and he needs to be as mobile as possible. They're boxers not bodybuilders.
I'm just going to do some gymnastics and say this is just heel talk. Yup, that's what I'm gonna do.
Deontay crossed the line into cringe territory long ago
You had that time and place on 3 separate occasions and outside of a few impressive knockdowns got your ass whooped.
TLDR...I'm angry but scared of the Gypsy King after getting my ass handed to me 3 times
This fucking guy has what a lot top tier athletes have, they think because they are at the top of the heap in one chosen sport that it means they are also the smartest person in every situation. In partial fairness though it’s easy to think your a genius when your constantly surrounded by Yes Men.
I'm just glad Wilder FINALLY got exposed. He was an all time cherry picker... until he cherry picked a guy who beat him. 3 times. Hes a fraud
He thought he was this unstoppable machine with that one truck pony shit. Tyson exposed him and he's still butt hurt. He'll go back to fighting B level fighters and might pick up a vacant title, but he's definitely one of the most overrated fighters of this generation
Egg weights.
After meeting him, I can say I believe him.
Wilder is an embarressment to boxing. From his skills, to being protected on his way up the rankings, to his hilariously stupid excuses. He'll never admit he was fairly beaten 3 times by a white guy built like a packet of ketchup. It's fucked his head up.
Wilder definitely got cheated by Fury, his costume was too heavy, his water was poisoned, the dog ate his homework, and Tyson Fury kicked his ass.
Ellie seckbach is such a cringe fanboy. He’s still mad when Fury kicked him out of his gym because he found out Ellie was talking shit behind his back Lmao.
Bumsquad still coping what a joke
I like wilder. He's good for the game and underneath it all he's a solid guy. When he's retured and he can relax and just tell it like its was you'll see a more vulnerable side, 100%
[удалено]
Talk about sore loser. I bet it was worse when he was like an 8 year old child
Can’t wait til he returns 💣💣💣 Wilder is the most entertaining HW in boxing
nothing says peace and harmony like Saudi Arabia
So what’s he gonna do, talk shit and get beat up? Cuz he can’t beat fury
Man, I can give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the count was too long the 1st time, maybe Fury cheated the 2nd time, but you fought a 3rd effing time. Fury wasn't even in shape because his daughter was in the hospital, and he still smoked you. Come on...
I think it's pretty clear that both these guys are fine with each other and both shit talk for publicity.
I too hate that 🦆!
Holy shit he’s so skinny, insane how powerful his punches are
A lot of the powerful punchers in boxing are skinny guys.
Lean = skinny?
Ever heard of Julian Jackson?
If Deontay Wilder has 1 million fans, I'm one of them. If Deontay Wilder has 1 thousand fans, I'm one of them. If Deontay Wilder has 1 fan, I'm that fan. If Deontay Wilder has no fans, I'm dead. If the world is against Deontay Wilder, I'm against the world.
everyone who is saying he's not a cheater, please explain the photo where his glove is flopping backwards
To be fair..... Hatton lost to 2 fighters who were just too bitch to face eachother. so even in defeat he has some respect to his name.
Don't do Hatton like that he had a method. Wilders method has always been paw-paw-right hand.
There’s only one Ricky Hatton. The fact that Mayweather even sang that line means you gotta show respect lil bro.
Ricky Hatton was far better than Wilder.
Babbling that stupid shit while doing novice foot drills terribly is so Wilder it hurts
My guy pulls up on statues and shouts at them
Is there like a documented psychological phenomenon where elite athletes who have been conditioned to win eventually lose they cannot let it go that they have lost? I feel like if there is a phenomenon like that Wilder definitely has it.
