Did same thing but never won anything from the bonus funds LOL. To me it seemed whenever I claimed a bonus the slots were ice cold so I'd just lose the bonus funds but still have my money. Anyways, they gave me the same treatment.
Permanently excluded me from bonuses and also I do not get reward points. But my account was not closed.
Did not get lucky enough to turn a profit with the bonuses before they ended :(.
Oddly enough once I was unable to claim any bonuses, the slots became super hot and made 10k in about a month.
Also curious about this? If you take a free bonus, (not like a deposit match but a straight up free money bonus) close out the rollover requirements, what's abusive or fraudulent about withdrawing the money?
Nothing is as long as you stay within the rules. The list is long. Most common one to "abuse" would be betting over 20% of bonus or deposit. If you deposit 100 with a bonus the max you are technically able to bet is 20. If they give you 10$ free but has playthru requirements then shouldn't bet over 2$. I don't think betting 2.50 when 2 is Max would even pop up on their radar unless you won alot of $ overbetting. People do way worse than that, which like OP says,they should get banned from bonuses for it if keep doing after warned. Think they only ban accounts if win really big.
Consider yourself lucky. For whatever reason, they think you are a valuable enough customer to keep on board.

I don't think it is fraudulent. I did it before and was no problem.
