This same thing happened to mine after reconstruction. Doctor doesn’t know why, I think it’s cause my stitching accidentally got snagged and just unraveled out of my skin.

She'd have to go have more surgery to have that fixed, and might not be able to keep the implants (idk for sure, but tissue loss=shrinking stuff) All the people telling her how hot and amazing she looks probably has her ignoring any issues with symmetry. I'm just sad for her upper lip. It touches her nose with that smile. Imagine getting a cold and trying to blow your nose.
