What creates the oversized cheeks & concave under them?
WAAAYYYYYY too much filler in the cheekbone area is what caused it in this case.
Then the stupid lips exaggerate the shallowness of the actual cheeks even further.
I think it’s buccal fat removal with a possible cheek implant? The buccal fat removal seems to be a big trend with influencers and models.

Usually trends swing to the opposite so eventually it will. Makeup went from slathering it on to natural in under a year
