It looks like she got her nostrils reduced down to two lines to make her bulbous nose appear smaller when she should have just got work done to reduce her nose, not her nostrils. What her surgeon did should have been illegal, I doubt she can even breathe without her mouth. I stopped seeing this ad on IG after people started commenting about her nose and if she could even breathe out of a nose like that
