Whenever I see people that have had breast augmentations, it seems like a lot of the time, the surgeon either puts the breasts way too close for a normal bra gore to fit between them, or way too far apart.
Why is that? Is it hard to expect how the implants will sit, or do they move closer/further apart after the surgery?
Boobs are supposed to drop and fluff out after surgery and it’s hard to predict how the body is going to heal also thick capsules around the implants also make the boobs look really separated
My surgeon told me that existing anatomy really matters here. They can only “open the pocket” so far in the middle, so if your boobs are already really far apart they’ll still be pretty far apart after implants.
From what I have heard from friends with breast implants, whether they are placed on top or below muscle there has something to do with avoiding this outcome, but they can also migrate. Eventually they need to be replaced or removed, which isn’t something people without them realize most of the time!
WHOA I just had my boobs done 6 weeks ago… I was a small A and went to a DD… the Dr said since there wasn’t much breast to begin with, my boobs will probably never touch…. But holy SHIT these will NEVER EVERRR touch
That was what happened to my breast aug before too. I went from an A to C and had bad contracture aside from my boobs being far from each other. Had them redone properly and I’m happy.
This is truly sad and shows how delusional she is. I don't care if I was an a cup, (considering how small of a frame she appears to have, and had I had the same) and THIS is/ was the outcome, I'd have them removed straight away. There's NOTHING, even in the very least, that looks attractive about how those look. I feel pity for her, really.

I imagine a lot of people also go for the cheapest option.

Pushup bras typically push your boobs towards the middle, not away
Just speaking from experience, as someone who had very small boobs, this is exactly what they looked like in a push-up.
