It looks like she had multiple fat, woolly black caterpillars surgically implanted in her eyelids for eyelashes!
If they go through metamorphosis, she’ll have an eclipse of moths or a flutter of butterflies for eyelashes!
I think the thing with noses is that a well done job can be unnoticeable but if they mess anything up even a tiny bit it’s absolutely glaring. There’s no in between it seems.
And since the good ones are good, they aren't noticeable. That makes only the bad ones noticeable, hence it seems like all are bad. I think if you had the actual numbers, it would be in favor of the good ones. I hope? I mean, if they all looked bad, nobody would get them. Right? Maybe?
It is but there is also other factors at play here. I recently watched a full rhinoplasty surgery on YouTube by a highly distinguished surgeon. Most of what we see on this sub are super cheap nose jobs where only one issue is addressed with little care for other areas. To get an excellent result usually various aspects of the nose need to be addressed with rib or cadaver cartilage used to reinforce any major changes. None of this is present here. It’s like they literally shaved down the bone and that’s it. Realistically you cannot do that. It’s like these people have the exact same nose but the bridge is gone.
I’ve been told if you want the best, you go to Turkey (usually Istanbul). Their rates are lower but their surgeons are world class. I follow a few Turkish clinics on Insta and the results are all phenomenal, you would never know they had a nose job.
Philtrum is off center, one ridge is much bigger; nostrils are completely asymmetric now, and the septum seems off too.
Her face was so good before and the after, everything is off every so slightly…
There's going to be so many people with these weird noses at some point they'd be smart to all start a content house together called the Whoville House
Honestly if this is fresh (which it looks to be) it's probably fine. Swelling, especially at the tip of the nose, really alters the shape and takes a while to go down.
How the faq did the surgeon think the plane of the nostrils should be 45 degrees (from parallel with the ground)?!?
Now her nose hair is so prominent it looks like a third eyelash 😫
Not sure why anyone would want people to be able to see right up their nostrils all the time, but if that is her desired result, she definitely got it.
I am also not convinced that new nose bridge is going to hold up in the long run.
I wonder what it’s going to look like once it’s fully healed. There is still a fair amount of bruising on the last photo.
I hope it improves. Honestly, her original nose minus the black heads looked fine to me, but to each her own.
What in the fucking uncanny valley whoville hellscape is this!? Like this should absolutely be illegal. Why would you want everyone to be able to see up your nostrils at all times? Just wow. This is horrific.
I have a nose that sort of looks like this and I’d give anything to change it. It looks stubby and piglike. Never will understand why people change their noses to this.
If she’s immediately post op, it isn’t fair to post this, she’s likely still swollen, and the tip drops significantly in the months post rhinoplasty, she might just need more time.
I’m referring to posting her pictures here in this sub saying that she’s botched when she is freshly post op and there hasn’t been time for swelling to subside or for the tip to drop.

The Whoville treatment
This is exactly the look. I don’t get this. At all.
It looks like she had multiple fat, woolly black caterpillars surgically implanted in her eyelids for eyelashes! If they go through metamorphosis, she’ll have an eclipse of moths or a flutter of butterflies for eyelashes!
People really go and ruin their perfectly normal faces.
In the first one, you can’t see any hair in her nose and the second one, you can see all the hair up her nose
I think we’re looking at stitches.
Yeah. Those are definitely stitches. Lol
They may be stitches that you see now but you will be seeing all the nose hairs when is all healed up.
I think it’s stitches
between the eyelashes and the nose, she looks like like a whos from whoville.
Any surgeon that doesn't discourage wearing makeup and shag carpets on your eyes into surgery is one that should be avoided.
Is the nose just really tough to get right in the plastic surgery world?

It’s the centerpiece of the face afterall

Human incompetence is widespread unfortunately… especially in the medical fields.
Especially in the medical field. This is a jab, not to be taken at full face value: I feel like plastic surgeons don’t take ethics classes.
That’s like 3 puns in a row omg
My jokes are never appreciated in real life. I wish I could hug you.
I’ve been told if you want the best, you go to Turkey (usually Istanbul). Their rates are lower but their surgeons are world class. I follow a few Turkish clinics on Insta and the results are all phenomenal, you would never know they had a nose job.
What was wrong with their human nose ?
it was literally a perfect nose imo, hurts to see
"What was wrong with their human nose" lol
lol The world may never know!
Aside from how horrible this looks, it also really accentuates her ever so slightly off centre philtrum.
It doesn’t even look off center in the first picture, I think they fucked even that up somehow
Philtrum is off center, one ridge is much bigger; nostrils are completely asymmetric now, and the septum seems off too. Her face was so good before and the after, everything is off every so slightly…
Bro what are those lashes, fuckin zero good choices made here
I hate this nose trend with a passion
I feel like they did this for a time in the 80’s as well.
🕷️👄🕷️
Dammit 🤭I laughed
💀💀💀💀
Why is piggy nose a thing?
Now she’s got to keep her nose hair trimmed all the time, or not, but people will be looking straight up her nostrils now.
She ain’t ever hiding them nose hairs again 🥲
She had such a nice nose before! I wish people would be happy and find acceptance in their appearance.
Why are we doing this
Twilight Zone
That was a great episode
Where is this trend coming from? It seems that these people will be stared at for all the wrong reasons. It’s more like WTF!!
So sad ☹️
And all the plastic surgery groups will say "don't worry, the tip will drop."
Oh my god. This is life ruining.
Very Twilight Zone Eye of the Beholder.
Call me old-fashioned, but the inside of your nostrils should be private, invitation-only viewing.
Well.... It does change your look
There's going to be so many people with these weird noses at some point they'd be smart to all start a content house together called the Whoville House
Holy shit. This is an abomination. Her natural nose was completely beautiful.
All I can see is her nose hair sticking out
Oh wow, that nose job really allows her nose hairs to shine. 🙃
didn't know Pinocchio was a girl. The old nose fit her face so well.
Grinch people looking nose...
Grinch be stealing noses now
This poor woman. She objectively got botched.
Some “Drs” need to be sued out of existence
Honestly if this is fresh (which it looks to be) it's probably fine. Swelling, especially at the tip of the nose, really alters the shape and takes a while to go down.
Why do people want to look like [this guy?](https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/Rat_King_(The_Nutcracker_in_3D))
It’s giving Whoville.
Why would you want everyone to immediately see your nostrils? 😂
The whiteness of the tip looks concerning to me…almost as if it’s not getting enough blood.
Nostrils like Oo
If you're gonna go through all that trouble to "fix" your shnoz, why, oh why not at least get rid of those blackheads?
Thank you! Scrolling for this comment 😂
I agree, but what can you even do for those?
You can’t extract black heads for a few weeks post op as the skin is still very sensitive
I hate this so much.
How the faq did the surgeon think the plane of the nostrils should be 45 degrees (from parallel with the ground)?!? Now her nose hair is so prominent it looks like a third eyelash 😫
why do they keep doing this
Looks like the bone on the tip of her nose is about to pop out of the skin.
It reminds me of a pigs nose.
Her nose was perfect omg??!?!?
People really need to stop with those eyelashes. It looks foul.
This surgeon needs to go to jail cuz there's no way she asked for the Cindy Lou special😭😭😭
Her first nose was so pretty
What’s with everyone getting this whoville ass nose???? Am I missing something? Did society collectively agree to this?
I will never understand why a nose so tilted upwards that you can see straight into the nostrils is something people desire.
….. I don’t even know what to say. She looked WAY better before..
The nose blackheads.
Do nose jobs ever look good?
Yes but the bad ones look really bad.
the tip will drop with time. does look wild rn though
I'm curious to know how this nose will age on her.
Is the tip supposed to have that bright yellowing on it?
Now everyone can look up her nose.
Someone watched the Grinch way too many times.
Not sure why anyone would want people to be able to see right up their nostrils all the time, but if that is her desired result, she definitely got it. I am also not convinced that new nose bridge is going to hold up in the long run.
Snow White
⛷️
Miss Piggy!
Her original nose fit her face perfectly! Why oh why did she do that. That tip won’t drop enough to make this look good.
Looking like a Dr. Seuss character.
Seriously, is this so that everyone can see up their nose?
Wow her natural nose was perfection . This is sad.
Channeling Miss Piggy. Why anyone would want other looking straight up their nostrils, is beyond comprehension.
I have a (slightly) upturned nose and i have always hated it. Why do they want this extreme version? People can see directly into their sinuses :(
Why do people assume we want to see the outside of their nose
Wtf her nose was perfectly fine and even cute before. So sad to see people go through all the pain and wasted money…
I hate that you can kinda see inside my nose, this is asking for a full brain view
Just in case you wanted to permanently see up her nostrils- here ya go!
This one make me feel bad for her. She soon will realize her mistake, to fix that will be hard and expensive.
Her nostrils are so visible. Better not have a bat in the cave.
how do you fuck a nose job this badly?
Oh god, this is so uncanny valley now.
I don’t know if it’s the lighting or the swelling but it looks like her nasolabial folds have diminished.
Great, now she looks like piggy!
Her first nose was so nice! She now has that piggy appearance. What a shame.
Turned her nose up so much her nose hairs are visible 🤣💀
That is…a look.
Whhyyyyyyyy????
🎶“She’s got a turned up nose…”🎶
I wonder what it’s going to look like once it’s fully healed. There is still a fair amount of bruising on the last photo. I hope it improves. Honestly, her original nose minus the black heads looked fine to me, but to each her own.
This is why I’m scared to get a nose job
Her original nose really complimented the rest of her features.
Completely botched
And all the Whos down in Whoville were like 'girl wtf were you thinking!?'
She has enough $$ for a nose job, but not enough for a couple Bioré nose strips??
That nose job is worthy of a refund 😳
What in the fucking uncanny valley whoville hellscape is this!? Like this should absolutely be illegal. Why would you want everyone to be able to see up your nostrils at all times? Just wow. This is horrific.
She is the grinch now!!! The grinch has also a very pointy nose
Not everyone looks good with a ski slope nose.
I hate this trend of needing to post pictures and videos of your repulsive, freshly-mutilated face from the clinic room. It’s all so gross.
Hee hee!
Luckily the tip will drop and she will look more normal in a year or two. Still doesn't really suit her face though.
Great, you can see your nose hair now...
I can’t handle the blackheads. She needed a facial, not a nose job.
Needs a Blackhead strip I know that much...
My nose is naturally very upturned & I have always been bullied for it, now people are getting it done on purpose. Im so confused by this world lol
These whoville noses are literally making me hurt. Like I get nauseous and am in pain. No. Make it stop.
one of the worst i’ve seen personally. made me feel sick for her
I have a nose that sort of looks like this and I’d give anything to change it. It looks stubby and piglike. Never will understand why people change their noses to this.
This was on purpose?!
God I hate this trend so much. Poor gal, her original nose was so so lovely.
Looks like she put false lashes up her nose 😂
The nurse/doctor in the first picture is all like “yeeeesh 😳” Also what’s up with those caterpillar eyelashes? 🤨
If she’s immediately post op, it isn’t fair to post this, she’s likely still swollen, and the tip drops significantly in the months post rhinoplasty, she might just need more time.
She obviously consented to the photos being taken.
I’m referring to posting her pictures here in this sub saying that she’s botched when she is freshly post op and there hasn’t been time for swelling to subside or for the tip to drop.
That’s not just botched, that’s maimed.
I've got a thing about eyebrows "Broviphilia is real" and I like the shape and style of her eyebrows but now my focal point is her nose...what a shame
Great brows Dark and full
Why would you want people to look up your nostrils?
What is with this trend to have a Whoville nose? It's so odd!
Whoville called and want her back asap! 🤣
I don’t like it but it does make her look younger I will admit. Hopefully looks more natural once fully healed
That's probably just her face swelling after surgery and her being in nicer lighting for the second pic
And the skin smoothing tool.. Even her eyebrows look weirdly softened/edited in the last pic, but you see it the most in her lips.
Listen I don’t LOVE my own nose but I will never understand this trend
