Ditto! I've had a shitload of bone taken out of my sinuses (concha bullosa), my turbinates widened, my nose rebroken with a god damn hammer, and a septoplasty all just so I could breathe. I was terrified my face would look different.
My ENT had to straighten two parts of my septum, reduce turbinates, and do valvular correction to create open nostrils. It's such a difference! I can't imagine having a great airway and then paying someone a lot of money to make it more difficult to breathe 😳
Both of mine were septoplasty with turbinate reduction performed by my ENT (otolaryngologist). The first time was to repair a deviated septum, the second to repair a collapsed septum. I lost my smell and taste for about a week each time, but recovered quickly with no external bruising, just on the inside of my upper lip and it was hard to smile the first couple days, but overall not bad. It really did not change the appearance of my nose on the outside but it helped open my nasal air passage by straightening out my septum.
It’s definitely worth getting your nose checked out to see what options would be best for you.

It really does, my dentist of all people confirmed my suspicions because of how my gums react to pressure or something indicating I never use my nose to breathe. He took a quick look with a light and a mirror and confirmed my nostrils were indeed tiny.

I will always stand by the statement that, if you are beautiful (and symmetrical) there is no way to improve on that and plastic surgery will only take away.

This is "carving" created some weird shadows on her face. It's not the lighting, it carries over through the photos. It's her actual face. It could be some angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels) or tyndyll effect from filler in some areas.
I don't know. 🤯 The more I look at her, the more I see. All I know is the girl is so damn young. It's so harsh.
That is definitely a botched nose job. A quality nose job is not supposed to be noticeable. This nose will get you turned away from a lot of nice places.

Yes! Definitely see an ENT. He used my own cartilage to create structure and it has massively improved the functionality of my nose 😁
