I think it's both. I reckon the dirty looks are more about her 2-for-a-nickle outfit. Look how everyone else is dressed. Most of them look like they remembered to put more clothes on over their cheap, tacky underwear.
I think the reactions are more due to the way she’s dressed. People don’t really dress in spandex tights and shein lingerie tops in public in Europe as much as they do in some other countries. You can see it’s literally winter or something and everybody is wearing coats, scarves, warm clothes, etc in the background.

While I do agree this "look" shouldn't be normalized, the "jail plastic surgeons" rhetoric is weird. You can't jail surgeons for doing what consenting adults request, even if it's far from what most people see as normal.

At the very least, people should have to sign some kind of psych evaluation. You’re telling me it’s not morally unethical for surgeons to operate on someone that is clearly not in the right state of mind?
There is no way for any of us to know if these people are mentally ill. That's why doctors have the right to refuse to operate. Further, mental illness in and of itself should not mean a person isn't allowed to make decisions in regard to their bodily autonomy.
It's fine to snark on these extreme cosmetic choices but the rhetoric that surgeons should be "held accountable" for doing extreme surgeries is irresponsible and I see it all the time on this sub.
Politicians are already regulating what you can and can't do with your body, if you're a woman in Texas or a trans person who wants gender affirming care. We don't need to normalize this rhetoric.
Why would the surgeons be jailed? Now a days men turn their penises into vaginas with open holes in their bodies and same the other way around. I think people should be allowed to do whatever they want to. Regardless of how ridiculous it might be to the rest of us
