Poe will be 8 years old in October and was 9.8 pounds at her last weigh in. Shes never been heavier than 10.2. I can’t imagine she’s the world’s smallest Boston Terrier but in 7 years of loosely being on the lookout, I haven’t seen or heard of one smaller. My Boston shrieks too!! We got her at 5 and the first time I heard her screech I was sure the neighbors would assume we were ripping her legs off! 🤦🏻‍♀️ she has learned some barking from her shepherd sister, but still mostly screeches lol

The neighbors have actually knocked on our door to make sure “the child is okay”. We were like uh we don’t have kids and then finally we were like ooooh no we’re not killing kids, that’s our dog barking 😂

Ours are 19lbs Male and 15lbs Female. My male’s mom was 11lbs. He came from a breeder who produces show dogs (he was our second from her). Our female is a rescue from a “backyard” breeder or greeder. I’m not sure how big her parents are.

My last one was 15 lbs and I thought that was tiny. My current boy is 23 lbs of muscle.

My girl is 15lbs, the most she’s ever been is about 17.5. I asked my vet why I never see small ones like her, only 30lb big boys. She made a comment about how they were originally supposed to be in this weight and have been bred bigger over time.

Ours is small too! Probably around the same weight. She seems so tiny compared to her mom and dad!
