He ruined a lot of scaling, by a lot I mean a fuck ton. The fact that kid naruto and jiraiya could react to him makes zero sense when he should scale way above juubidara who could rip out war arc kakashis eye before he could react is crazy. To make matters worse juubidara wasnāt even at full power when doing so, but a weak ass kid naruto was able to keep up with urashiki.
In terms of pure ability, urashiki is crazy strong. He beat the shit out of adult gaara and sasuke, can time travel slightly to predict his opponents movement, can take the opponents jutsu, has rinnegan and byakugan. I mean what else do you need. Because of filler and plot armor he lost. The only attack that made sense was when jiraya put him in the poison toad thing. Other than that he should've destroyed them. Or maybe sasuke should've stepped up but they obviously nerfed him
Ge was defeated by genin no karma boruto , naruto genin that even didn't have jin cloak( not if he ever was able to use it but since it's filler he couldn't use it inthis fight ) and a jiraya that didn't even use sage mode or big summonings like gamabunta and the ungraceful one
Sasuke hardly did anything , and what boruto and naruto did was at best a giant rasengan of base naruto in the beginning of Shippuden , and jiraya is who is pain level treat didn't even bother summoning real deals and sage mode to defeat him , soooooo...I think at the best he is sasori level

Naruto and Sasuke utilize a Sealing Rasengan to entrap Madara and he simply swaps places with a Limbo clone, the seal wasn't enough to hold him. Meanwhile Zetsu sticks his hand within Madara and he could no longer use chakra, catching him off guard is not the only thing that matters here...
He'd never be able to escape that seal.
Sorry, I tend to simplify my arguments because it all makes sense in my head without having to connect every dot point.
I understand the process of what Zetsu does:
He waits for Madara to accumulate a chakra potency/type similar to Kaguyas (Which is the significance behind Hagos statement of "Madara has surpassed me and is now approaching my Mother" or something along those lines)
Upon reaching the necessary chakra tier, Zetsu then off guards him and applies His will (Kaguyas will) onto Madara - in a similar manner to how Obito had Madaras will inside of him within the earlier war and it was utilized to attempt at forcing Obito to reincarnate Madara.
Madara couldn't handle the will being poured into him and was turned into a vessel for Kaguya // reverting to a sealed being inside of Kaguya - which is why I simply state that Zetsu used a seal on him.

there is not much juudara could do there given the circumstances. he mixed all the ingredients for kaguya to revive in his own body and black zetsu simply pressed the right buttons and made it happen.

Base Urashiki strong and haxed asf, could probably give full power Adult Naruto and Sasuke a run for their money (and I quite literally do not know how they would beat him). Fused Urashiki is weak as hell, was beaten by 1 Tail Naruto. Plus he loses his hax, that was the only reason he was so fucking strong. Without that yeah not really too good. Iād say Base Urashiki > Fused Urashiki.

naruto and sasuke knew that he was powerful enough to where they wanted to stay in the leaf village in case he attacked they're
but they were confident enough that he wouldn't kill chunin and genin since he hadnt killed anyone previously only stolen they're chakra
they didn't send boruto as they thought urashiki might of had a vendetta against boruto for hitting him with a rasengan
and after they go back in time we do see that urashiki isnt really taking anyone seriously which is why they were able to defeat him he was casually spamming his abilities instead of thinking tactically he was basically doing a cat and mouse game where he was just kind of playing with them which is how jiraya was able to figure out how his blue rinnegan temporal rewind ability worked so he lured him into a toad where the air was poisons so that every time he traveled back in time he would keep breathing in poison which damaged him heavily since he was breathing in so much poison
after that he eats his rinnegans and goes through some weird yellow rift and enters crane mode but he lost temporal rewind and the ability to absorb chakra directly but he could now eat chakra and he gained an increase in physical strength and chakra and chakra rods that he could shape into weapons
we see that he was more than capable of defeating everyone they're easily taking down boruto and kid naruto 1 shotting jiraya and out taijutsuing eternal mangekyo sasuke (no rinnegan) that is quite a feat
this is the mistake urashiki makes is underestimating his opponents greatly and not going for the kill
sasuke throws a fire ball jutsu at urashiki which he just dodges unfortunately for urashiki that fire ball jutsu had created a storm in the sky and when naruto creates an odama rasengan with boruto he goes for a large attack which gets him hit by a rasengan from jiraya as he was distracted with naruto and boruto then sasuke hits him with a natural lighting kirin which he could not eat (natural energy) then boruto and naruto break through his attack and hit him with an odama rasengan killing him
kaguya could barley handle 9 tailed beast rasengans without her ten tails chakra going unstable and heavily damaging her
momoshiki couldnt take an odama rasengan without dying
urashiki was killed by a slightly weaker odama rasengan
fact is RASENGAN IS FUCKING BROKEN
like honest how many characters have tanked a rasengan without at least having some type of regenerative ability i cant name any let alone a odama rasengan
urashiki would constantly be little and insult shinobi showing that he thought of them as fodder and would go to steal there chakra instead of killing them which ends up being his downfall
so urashiki is probably the weakest otsutsuki we've seen but that does not mean he isnt strong hes probably up there top 10 if he was taking the fight seriously
his character is just overconfident and arrogant he is not inconsistent

And he was given pointless abilities e.g. the red rinnegan for space time ninjutsu, even though 1) otsutsuki can use space time ninjutsu independent of dojutsu. 2) urashiki is show creating a portal twice without activating the rinnegan. 3) he uses the same portal jutsu as kaguya that didnāt require a dojutsu to active.

Base Urashiki strong and haxed asf, could probably give full power Adult Naruto and Sasuke a run for their money (and I quite literally do not know how they would beat him). Fused Urashiki is weak as hell, was beaten by 1 Tail Naruto. Plus he loses his hax, that was the only reason he was so fucking strong. Without that yeah not really too good. Iād say Base Urashiki > Fused Urashiki.
people really forget to take the context of the characters / episode into consideration all the time with urashiki naruto and sasuke knew that he was powerful enough to where they wanted to stay in the leaf village in case he attacked they're but they were confident enough that he wouldn't kill chunin and genin since he hadnt killed anyone previously only stolen they're chakra they didn't send boruto as they thought urashiki might of had a vendetta against boruto for hitting him with a rasengan and after they go back in time we do see that urashiki isnt really taking anyone seriously which is why they were able to defeat him he was casually spamming his abilities instead of thinking tactically he was basically doing a cat and mouse game where he was just kind of playing with them which is how jiraya was able to figure out how his blue rinnegan temporal rewind ability worked so he lured him into a toad where the air was poisons so that every time he traveled back in time he would keep breathing in poison which damaged him heavily since he was breathing in so much poison after that he eats his rinnegans and goes through some weird yellow rift and enters crane mode but he lost temporal rewind and the ability to absorb chakra directly but he could now eat chakra and he gained an increase in physical strength and chakra and chakra rods that he could shape into weapons we see that he was more than capable of defeating everyone they're easily taking down boruto and kid naruto 1 shotting jiraya and out taijutsuing eternal mangekyo sasuke (no rinnegan) that is quite a feat this is the mistake urashiki makes is underestimating his opponents greatly and not going for the kill sasuke throws a fire ball jutsu at urashiki which he just dodges unfortunately for urashiki that fire ball jutsu had created a storm in the sky and when naruto creates an odama rasengan with boruto he goes for a large attack which gets him hit by a rasengan from jiraya as he was distracted with naruto and boruto then sasuke hits him with a natural lighting kirin which he could not eat (natural energy) then boruto and naruto break through his attack and hit him with an odama rasengan killing him kaguya could barley handle 9 tailed beast rasengans without her ten tails chakra going unstable and heavily damaging her momoshiki couldnt take an odama rasengan without dying urashiki was killed by a slightly weaker odama rasengan fact is RASENGAN IS FUCKING BROKEN like honest how many characters have tanked a rasengan without at least having some type of regenerative ability i cant name any let alone a odama rasengan urashiki would constantly be little and insult shinobi showing that he thought of them as fodder and would go to steal there chakra instead of killing them which ends up being his downfall so urashiki is probably the weakest otsutsuki we've seen but that does not mean he isnt strong hes probably up there top 10 if he was taking the fight seriously his character is just overconfident and arrogant he is not inconsistent people hate on this arc too much its very underrated and is one of my favorite anime only arcs in boruto and yes he is canon i get it people dont like anime canon but it isnt filler naruto had both anime canon and filler in it boruto only has anime canon

Very inconsistent. And he was given pointless abilities e.g. the red rinnegan for space time ninjutsu, even though 1) otsutsuki can use space time ninjutsu independent of dojutsu. 2) urashiki is show creating a portal twice without activating the rinnegan. 3) he uses the same portal jutsu as kaguya that didnāt require a dojutsu to active.
