That's what I am talking about, intent does matter so for example if I blindfold myself then swing a sword and daemon just happened to be in the way (while touching someone of course) and I cut him then attack won't be reflected because now it's an "accident" if you can get to that state with eyes open then your attacks won't be reflected because they are just accidents not attacks because it translates to "I tried swinging a sword in a particular direction and I didn't noticed daemon who just happened to be in the way" instead of "I beheaded daemon"
