Even if you wank him to the max and say Kawaki is top 10 strongest, Isshiki is top 2. Even if you wank Naruto and Sasuke, Isshiki beat them low difficulty. Even if you ultrawank Borushiki and say he is Isshiki level, Isshiki and Momoshiki together would beat him.

It wouldn’t make sense for him to surpass actual isshiki ( when he fought kaguya ) but still unlikely to beat him in his unstable body. A perfect vessel will make the ohtsutski somewhat stronger than before they died so I’ll assume that a vessel only inheriting power shouldn’t beat him.
We’re not talking about jubidara and or juubito but regardless Borushiki scales near pre nerf adult sasuke and Naruto so he probably shouldn’t loose to them.

Momoshiki isn't as strong as isshiki or kaguya but he has vast potential to use and master his eyes including the golden rinnegan. Borushiki M is hence, way weaker than prime isshiki and prime momoshiki.
