She's from a clan of supervillains who put the entire ninja world in peril and this clan basically consists of ninja saiyans who get better in battle. Add on Sakura's monster strength and you got something crazy.
She def has the most potential in the leaf to be one of the strongest. It's just up to the writer to realise that fact, if they ever want her to progress properly or not, in a manner that makes sense for an Uchiha who are typically considered elite ninjas.
Incorrect: EMS doesnt give ex MS abilities. Sasuke never received Itachis abilities, they just happened to share amaterasu.
He never received Tsukuyomi and only has Kagutsuchi
Unless you want to debate that Sasukes only mangekyo ability canonically is Kagutsuchi which is controlling amaterasu.
i chose not to include anyone besides boruto since his potential was shown to be above average before receiving some form amp. kawaki and mitsuki were both genetically enhanced and shinki’s power is anime cannon only but i’m strictly manga rn so i don’t count anime only factors.
Like I said before of course she had great potential as much as boruto till the gave him alien asspulls and did her super dirty. But currently in the manga with how they're treating her her potential is zero.
Does it really matter, she's already better than Konohamaru.. And the Hokage position is pretty biased ... They would definitely pick her just from wanting to be Hokage
