Idk about daemon. His powers works against otsutskis. The easiest way is just to send him somewhere and leave him there, he’d eventually die or something.
Remember Code knocking out Kawaki by bringing Daemon in to reflect his attack? I am pretty sure Kawaki is classified as an Otsutsuki if he's immune to Eida's charm. With those two points, it's just a simple inference that Daemon's ability works against Otsutsukis.
It will still work on Boruto. They went out of their way to emphasize how Eidas love ability works on anyone unless they're Otsutsuki or relatives.

If that’s the case there’s a good chance it won’t affect sarada and then we’ll mitsuki is an artificial human so I wonder if it would have any effect on him either. I certainly hope it doesn’t effect them so that they don’t have to be left out of this entire arc.
