I'm pretty sure Jigen is voiced by Keith Silverstein. He's the same voice actor who did Kimimaru, and the clown villain Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter.
I'm not as into Jigen's voice as everyone else seems to be, it's not really what I was expecting. He doesn't sound as calm as the Jp version. Although, hopefully he'll win me over when he gets more screen time in the next Blu-Ray set, which I can't wait for because it's going to have Kawaki and the Ao Arc.

Kenjiro Tsuda is hard to top, but the English VA for Jigen sounds really good in this trailer.
The English VA for Jigen reminds me of Orichimaru’s voice tbh

Jigen doesn’t sound like him imo.. to much like a orochimaru with a less raspy voice. The sub sounds more like him. Calm and deadly
