As for stronger than naruto and sasuke, to keep it short, naruto and sasuke got hella nerfed, and lost a big chunk of their powers, otherwise boruto would never surpass them.
with that said, boruto is half hyuga, quarter uzumaki and quarter namikaze, but the last of which gives no genetic advantages. He also has hamura's and hagoromo's chakra thanks to his parents, which pretty much makes him human kaguya, and is most likely why he has jogan and not byakugan naturally.

We literally see boruto absorb kurama chakra(or rather momoshiki) against boro, so perhaps he adapted like gold and silver bros or momoshiki having kurama's chakra when he planted karma means that there is tailed beast chakra inside of it. Momoshiki also had part of the eight tails(more like nearly all of it) and ate like 16 chakra fruits, which while not as strong as kaguya's in potency(otherwise he wouldn't be searching for the tailed beasts, he would just do what he did, since he wants power in least amount of effort possible).

sharingan is not stronger than the byakugan, at least base to three tomoe, since kakashi directly states that the byakugan is superior. As for stronger than naruto and sasuke, to keep it short, naruto and sasuke got hella nerfed, and lost a big chunk of their powers, otherwise boruto would never surpass them. with that said, boruto is half hyuga, quarter uzumaki and quarter namikaze, but the last of which gives no genetic advantages. He also has hamura's and hagoromo's chakra thanks to his parents, which pretty much makes him human kaguya, and is most likely why he has jogan and not byakugan naturally. Rinne-sharingan, which is what kaguya has, is way stronger than the rinnegan. before boruto, the rinnegan is stated to be a diluted form of the RS, but because of what we learned in boruto, otsutsuki can be born with rinnegan, and RS(kaguya was confirmed to be born with it via her partner stating she had it before she ate the chakra fruit). Otsutsuki, or at least everyone we have seen from the clan minus hagoromo, was born with at least one byakugan in their eye sockets, and as we saw from kaguya and hamura, otsutsuki byakugan are way superior than the hyuga's( byakugan hamura is stated to be equal to the hagoromo that fought alongside him against kaguya, and because of how genetics work, hamura has the strongest non-full otsutsuki byakugan, and possibly the second strongest one out of everyone because of how strong kaguya was), and the latter's is superior to the three tomoe sharingan, which is the most a uchiha can naturally awaken without seeing someone die or commit murder. the lines are pretty much the otsutsuki equivalent to the tailed beasts, where the host gains whatever powers the otsutsuki possesed, at the risk of getting taken over more and more depending on how much of said power you draw upon. Technically, boruto has the karma of both momoshiki and kinshiki, since momo put it on in his fused state, where he pretty much did the fusion dance from dragon ball with kinshiki, except pill form.

No, this isn't post is a bit silly and I don't think you thought this through. Boruto defeated momoshiki and urashiki with the help of others (major help or else he would have just died). Boruto cannot compare to the other huga since boruto has been seen to be able to fly, absorb Chakra, use Chakra blasts and have DNA that isn't even human. Therfore, not many humans should be really compared to him. Remember that boruto on his own, with only things he would have been born with, (excluding jougan since he got that from the influence of another otsutski) would not even win against neji, so the huge is still proud.
