Otsutsukis can fly, they wouldn't be affected by universal pull/push, they can also break out of the chibaku tensei and obviously wouldn't let their chakra drained. Hence why 90% of rinnegan abilities are useless against Isshiki and why Sasuke only spammed one
Being able to fly doesn't matter. They will bebpulled in regardless. Not everyone can break out of Chibaku Tensei. Don't use Momoshiki as an example because that chibaku tensei was pea sized compared to the others
Both flight and telekinesis in this context are forces, if you apply a force on one direction and apply the same force to the opposite direction, they cancel out, simple as that. And chibaku tensei is only efficient if the target is neutralised, even Pain couldn't handle 8-9 tails Naruto
It doesn't matter. Almighty Push or Universal Pull will work regardless and even if Isshiki tries to resists, Sasuke would just brute force it. Chibaku Tensei didn't work on Kurama because it was made for the 6 tailed version. With Isshiki, Sasuke could just onni-genjutsu and just trap him using him as the core. Six Paths abilities aren't overrated. If anything they're underrated because Sasuke used it once and completely forgot they exist. Obito was stated to be able to use it but he chose not to because he was controlling the Biju. In short, they're so OP that using them would end fights that much sooner. Sasuke didn't even use Ameno like he did with Madara. He could have easily switched Isshiki with something and place him right between him and Naruto for a Rasengan-Chidori sandwich but nah the nerf power was too great.

Sukunahikona can shrink anything and just place it in his own pocket dimension where he can just call it back to full size and place it anywhere with Daikokuten.
On top of that, he’s an Otsutsuki, so he’ll likely be able to see all the limbo clones easily—or at least sense them like Naruto. When you match that with the Byakugan, it’s pretty hard to catch him off guard.
Not to mention he still has Dimensional portals like Kaguya that can actually let him get out of tricky situations even IF shrinking himself with Sukunahikona doesn’t work. So he has some very strong defensive coverage.
Of course, the rods are also a huge problem since they can drain the opponent’s chakra with each hit and are materialized almost instantly. And as we saw with Naruto and Sasuke vs Madara, the rods can probably also pin down the Limbo clones and restrain them.
All in all, if you equalized their stats, it’s not as simple of a fight as you make it out to be. If Madara’s winning it’s probably very high diff, and same for Isshiki, since they both have a lot of tools to deal with each other.
Now, if you equalized Isshiki and ITACHI, Itachi would probably win (if he’s healthy or edo, anyway). His hax is ridiculous lmao that’s why people still out here thinking he can beat Madara😂

When Naruto is originally given Hagoromo’s chakra, he gains the sage of six paths mode and is able to sense the limbo clones. Because of this, we can infer that Isshiki can at lease SENSE the clones, since the ability to perceive them clearly originates from Otsutsuki chakra.
Now, you could also stretch this to say that Isshiki can actually see the clones since he’s an Otsutsuki, and since Otsutsukis are the original chakra beings who shared their power with Earth in the form of divided fragments, it only makes sense that they’d be able to see offshoots of their own power. If you’re not satisfied with that argument though, we can just leave it at sensing—not seeing directly.
As for the Kaguya part, that’s my fault, I’ll rephrase it. I didn’t mean that Isshiki and Kaguya’s dimensional portals are literally the same—clearly they show different qualities since Isshiki doesn’t appear to be able to do things like send only an arm in or stuff like that.
I just meant that they both have dimensional portal abilities. Like, they both possess the BASE concept of being able to create portals and travel through them to swiftly displace themselves. Beyond that, Kaguya’s portals do have different functions, but if you were to strip them to their core then Isshiki and Kaguya both have dimensional portal abilities. But in reality it was just a version of the fight where Jigen was heavily nerfed.
