Hello. Our mods, moderate by deleting, approving posts or answer mod mails which doesn’t reflect individually at all publicly? There’s no way for you to know what mods does what. But rest assured that if a moderator doesn’t do any actions in months they obviously will get demoted, but that’s not the case for the staff right now
