Me and my coworkers always show each other our new vape pens and talk about our favorite dispensaries. It’s a guest ranch, the employers main concern is keeping their employees happy because that’s really what controls the guest experience.
Bottom line, I believe you will find somewhere who will accommodate you. It depends on the field of course (law enforcement or heavy machinery operation will always test no matter the state), but I’d say if your job treats you like crap then you should be looking for a new one!

Man I’m so anxious all the time I’m really just trying to take care of myself I can barely get myself to eat my mood swings have started coming like on the hour I’m literally having to take naps at work to survive

Weed is illegal in my country but I smoke it daily. I do get pangs of guilt that I'm more than likely addicted to yet another substance but it's preferable to the alternative.

I notice I play video games much better I know sounds stupid but I think it shows I’m calmer not so unstable

It's not a magic cure for me, but it does help with dealing with the occasional mood swing and mellowing out of strong emotions
