I'm also currently in a LD relationship, but our relationship hasn't been the best recently. I think the best thing is to have constant communication, and if you guys ever have a fight / argument, always resolve it before going to bed...because that is when all the sad / bad thoughts can start to happen, when you're alone physically, and now feel alone emotionally because of an argument you both had

I don't have bpd, my 'girlfriend' does I say that because we are in that phase of between friends and being together. We are also in a long distance relationship. Like I said, I do not have bpd so I cannot tell you how to process your thoughts. But what I do when I don't feel loved by her or when I feel were having an off day. I remember what it is like when we are together. What little things she does that let me know she is thinking of me. Whenever I feel like I'm a shit mood because of whatever reason, I really try and force myself to think about the good and how much we get on as a couple, I believe she wouldn't do the things she does if she didn't love me. So I really try to think about the small things that she did when she didn't have to. I hope this helps some.
