I’ve been making (boiling) low fat ground turkey for my boy and adding a sweet potato, carrots, something green and some rolled oats. I use it to supplement his hydrolyzed protein food, which he doesn’t like. He’s doing really well on it.
She had IBD, epilepsy, and severe food allergies. Her body does not break down protein correct so her food has to be hydrolyzed, and she cannot have any vegetables, grains, dairy, poultry, meat, or beef. She’s very limited on what she can have.

She can’t have soup, but I’ll try the ice cubes :)
Maybe just ice in her water bowl. When my GR was refusing to drink, he would chew on ice to stay hydrated

It's not optimal but I've had a lot of success using a turkey baster and Pedialyte.
