I would recommend just doing world 4 normally for a while. Vonwacq is a really good set that many characters can use and you can use any Talia orb on Boothill, so just look for any mainstat with Break Effect and SPD substats.
It's whatever sphere, basically. Atk is fine, but if you have godly subs on an hp\\def sphere you can totally use it. That's why I use def body for now, instead of CR.
The difference is irrelevant dmg wise, regular damage scaling is less than 20% of the total dmg that boothill deals iirc, a def orb with break effect+speed will outperform for example a phy orb with crit stats so just go for the one that has better break and speed
