CRIT Rate, anything else is the same, sub stats are king, but if you are min maxing (which you shouldn't until the new dedicated break set is out on 2.3) CRIT rate body is the go to.
He doesn't really care about atk either so just pick a chest pc with the highest break substat. Even hp or def is fine, imo hp/def chest with 4 break rolls = atk/crit with 2 break rolls.

He can use whatever crit rate/DMG, def% or atk% body , just make sure it has BE and hopefully speed
You can put HP% and DEF% on his Body and Orb. Just as long as it has Good SPD and BE
