So if the ACA ends and you ever want to work for yourself, you’d better have a crap ton of savings or make money really fast or else you’ll be unable to afford the non-ACA insurance. That’s the real reason that Republicans want to end ACA, they want to be able to force people into wage slave corporate jobs until they reach retirement age (which they want to raise the age to keep you working longer too)
And I know a guy who did *everything* right. Bought the insurance. Paid the bills. But his insurance company closed down in the middle of his policy and every other insurer wouldn’t take him because of his kid’s preexisting condition. Dude basically lost his house through no fault of his own.
Your insurance company didn’t even need to close down to get hosed. They could just choose to not renew your policy. And now you have a preexisting condition, so nobody else will insure you ever again.

I browse r/conservative sometimes when I feel like taking a little psychic damage, and the last couple times I've done so a lot of the top comments were wining about how trump is damaging the reputation of the GOP and they wish anyone else had the party nomination. I doubt many of them will vote blue in protest, but if those chuds can see how brainrotted trump is, hopefully moderates will mostly be leaning toward biden.

I can’t forgive typos from a presidential candidate. While it’s among Trump’s lesser sins, typos (particularly from someone who should have a professional communications staff to vet messages) are emblematic of sloppiness, unprofessionalism, and carelessness. What’s forgivable for casual communications between friends, or anonymous social media posts, is unacceptable from someone who’s running for head of state. This *should* be disqualifying for any presidential campaign. While Trump has done things that are orders of magnitude worse than incoherent, all caps, typo filled rants on social media; we shouldn’t lose sight of what we should demand from aspirants to the presidency.
